Excellent technical support

I have used this company as our value added reseller and the service has been exceptional. The SolidWorks engineers have always been willing to help solve issues no matter how small. Great team and work ethos.

Sam was a fantastic trainer on Solidworks, thank you!

Sam was a fantastic trainer. His manner with the learners was professional and patient. He was able to differentiate his support to stretch the most able and at the same time support the least confident. Sam's grasp of the software and the consistent use of terminology really helped to embed the tools and he really explained about the importance of design intent before rushing into drawing in CAD.

Great Customer Service

We have been supported as a company with various CAD related queries, including understanding the different SolidWorks upgrades available, by Visiativ even though we are not currently a customer of theirs. They are very eager to help, easy to talk to and very responsive.
They are definitely come to mind if I have any technical questions.
I have been looked after by Archie in the past and, more recently, Jeremy, both who have been very helpful.

Visiativ - Liam

We are using visiativ to supply all of our solidworks licenses along with all of our training. Our account manager Liam who is their Sales team leader, is always very helpful and efficient, always willing to go the extra mile to get things over the line ASAP.

Advanced Assembly Modelling

I have just completed a 3 day online training session with Graeme at Visiativ, focusing on advanced assembly modelling. Graeme is incredibly knowledgeable with all aspects of the Solidworks software, and was able to tailor his tutorage and responses to my ability level. We took more in depth dives into topics that I felt were valuable to my work requirements, but still covered the course contents and finishing within the budgeted time allocation each day. I would highly recommend these online courses to SW users looking to learn new content and functions, but also primarily to increases day to day efficiency with the tips and tricks which are invaluable!

Great Installation Experience

Purchased a Solidworks PDM licence through Visiativ and had a fantastic experience getting the software installed on our systems.

The Installation Engineer spent two Half-days with us, getting the application setup on the server we provided, getting the software installed on the client devices, and showing us how to use and manage the software.

He was friendly and knowledgeable about CAD concepts and methodology, and even scheduled in extra time with our designers to help them personalise their own setup of the software.

Extremely pleased with the whole process.

Simulation Event

I attended simulation lunch & learn event last week held by Visiative to see simulation options available. I found the event very useful. The meeting covered a wide range of subjects related to simulation including SolidWorks Flow Simulation and also the capabilities of SolidWorks Simulation in general and for specific applications. The Q&A session was also great. Thanks.

Solidworks training provider

Visiativ have been our Solidworks training provider and software supplier for a number of years. They are very prompt when responding to requests and arranging training. Feedback from training sessions have always been extremely positive. Liam has been an excellent point of contact is aways willing to meet our company requirements.

Complex part file fix

We design and restore forma F1 cars and as you can imagine the part file and assembly complexities can be quite intense.

We had a issue today with a file and Jak and Tom from Visiativ were able to get us a fix within 3 hours. Pretty impressive considering the complexity of the file.

Definitely appreciated. Cheers guys.

PDM Viewer issues that we're resolved with help of Visiativ

Worked with James Kingman this morning to identify issue with users not being able to open up previous drawings/files. Was on the phone for a while and he was very good at assisting to resolve the problem.

Got to the root of the issue being a viewer related problem that needed to be set within the PDM admin settings for the context of that user.
