Delivery took place on June 10th, thus respecting the seven working day period indicated during the purchase process. Delivery management is completely managed by the courier and not by us. Trusted Professional Seller

The purchase of my Ray Ban replacement lenses was really due to the assistance of the support center of this store. The item arrived within 5 days in an excellent condition. The price was also very competitive.
I am now thinking to replace the lenses on my second pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses!

I am so disappointed of this shop

I am so disappointed of this shop. The price seemed good, but everything after buying is unsatisfying. It started by the fact that the mentioned delivery time 48h or to UK 5-7 days was more than 3 times. 17 days! As I realised that, I wanted to cancel the order, without success. Not possible. I told them that I will be already on vacation and I would like to take it with me. It arrived too late, so that I was already on vacation. I told them over and over weeks before. I couldn‘t proof / check anything when it arrived. I couldn‘t even decline the delivery. The postman dropped it in front of my door. After returning I checked the delivery. And suprise the sunglass had a damage on one side. I wrote the customer service again, but they blocked totally, they didn‘t even answer to my question, even they knew about the former communication. The only thing what they said. You received it on this date and now, its later than 14 days of revocation period is over. They knew I couldn‘t proof it. This is cheeky! My resume. Don‘t buy there if you want something nice buy it somewhere else. You have more trouble than joy.

Fantastic price and speedy delivery

Fantastic price and speedy delivery. I had been looking for a new pair of Oakley sunglasses for a while and this was the best value supplier. Communication was spot on throughout. Highly recommend.

No Delivery after 4 weeks from original purchase

I purchased sunglasses on 24th March, on 9th April I emailed to ask when they would be delivered. They replied next day to confirm they had just despatched them that day 10th April and I should receive within 48hrs. It is now 16th April and still no sign of sunglasses, nearly 4 weeks since I ordered and paid. I have emailed again and asked for information on delivery or refund.. they said it is 5-7 days delivery and to check delivery status, which confirms still in transit.. I’m still awaiting delivery or refund

My partner was delighted with the glasses. Only 1 issue was the length this took to be delivered. I was told it would be delivered on the Wednesday, and it didn't get delivered until the Saturday

Be very aware of this company!
I purchased sunglasses on Vistaexpert via eBay UK on January 2024.
A few weeks later, the item was delivered. Soon after, i received a letter from FedEx to pay £60.12 for customs and duty charges for bringing the item to the UK.
I thought was a mistake, cause this was not mentioned during checkout!
Not that i could see it, no. And if it was, like the seller said it was; why the costumer couldn't see it???
Why the costumer didn't know about the existing duty charges if they were present and obviously i wasn't the only one to experience that.
This it shouldn't even be legal.
The costumer should know exactly, exactly what he's going to pay during checkout!
No hidden curtains.
No shadow bills!
It should be really a clear transaction, cause there's no way i would of pay for a item (that i dont even know if i will keep it) if i knew about the extra £60.12 charge. No way !!!
I purchased items on eBay for years coming from overseas like USA, Australia, france, Italy, Germany, etc..
Never experience this.
The sunglasses were returned a couple of days after delivery because it didn't suit me.
but hey, there's still £60.12 of duty charges fee to pay, with the compliments of Vistaexpert just to be able to try their sunglasses cause this is the Vistaexpert service!
Be aware if you buy in UK !!
A shadow, smoky company, based on my own experience, no, i couldn't possibly recommend !!

Answering to your statement below,
You can say whatever you want, Yourself as a company owner, i wouldn't expect nothing less..
listen to this carefully, during the time i purchased and paid for your product on the 3rd of January/eBay there was absolutely nothing highlighted, mentioned, crystal clear or present as you say, about a custom fee duty charge to pay if i buy your product !!
I don't drink and it's not my first time on eBay either. I tend to see exactly i will be paying for before i do.

Original product, high quality

Delivery to South of France took more than 48h. (not a big deal-it was a little bit delayed) Post tracking was working with real time updates. Product quality as described. Original packing, high quality of the glasses. Perfect. Recommendations :) Grazie

Very good experience. I reccomend them. I ordered wrong size of optical frames and they accepted the return and provided me correct ones without additional costs. Frames are original/genuine.
