The site was easy to use. The phones arrived promptly and were in excellent shape for refurbished. We were very pleased and the phones work like new ones. The packaging was also top rate.

If you need refurbished phones, which is what we needed, you need to call or visit Vista Phones. I ordered the phones on Thursday and received them on Friday, and now we have a full set of functioning phones.

I ordered 4 phones from Vista Phones and the order was promptly recognized, they were shipped the next day and received within a few days.

This is the second time I have purchased refurbished phones from VistaPhones. The rep was courteous, patient, and provided troubleshooting information so I could "jiggle the handle" on a phone that was acting up. This will be my go to place for refurbished phones.

The iPod screen replacement went quickly and well. We had a little hiccup in that the drop off location was closed. Their staff picked up the phone for me and then dropped it off. Very nice.

The screen has developed a crack in the bottom left corner. I don't know if this is stress related from installation or from a drop once the iPod was home.

The product works great. It was delivered earlier than expected. Everyone is happy.

Received the charger and it was a perfect replacement. Your companies' shipping choices are perfect and very reasonable. the delivery choices make sense and are just what a customer needs.

You can trust the folks at Vista Phone with your phone and tablet. It always makes me nervous sending something like that to some one it don't know. They should change their name to "Trusted Phone".

I found vista phones searching for something specific. I called the company but it was after hours so didn't leave a message. Evidently my number was logged in caller ID and I received a call back! I was surprised and pleased. I wasn't sure the product was what I was looking for, the gal who called me back, Cecilia, was VERY helpful. Cecilia spent couple days over the phone and via email working with me to see if the product is what I needed. Turns out it was, helped me with the order, etc. I received product very quickly. Our cordless phone had really muffled sound for the longest time. I saw the web link for Vista and decided to give them a try. The round trip was 7 days and now the sound couldn't be better. Anytime performance meets or beats expectations is worth a 5 star rating. I'm really happy with the work performed and the time to get the phone back
