Vista Phones 

As a small business owner, I order a lot of computer and office equipment via the web, and have unpacked a lot of shipments. The Polycom phone I ordered was packed more carefully than I have seen in several years. First of all, the phone arrived quickly and was exactly as described: " Like new". It worked the first time I plugged it in, and based on the appearance of my other Polycom office phones, was indeed "like new". I have to come back to the packaging, though. The phone body, handset, cabling, power supply were individually wrapped with bubblewrap and taped. and the box was filled with packing peanuts, so nothing moved in transit. The packaging clearly reflected that someone at Vista Phones cared. Having received equipment that was poorly packed and scratched and dented as a result, in contrast I can say I was quite impressed with Vista Phone's attention to detail. Based on this experience, I would use them again and recommend them.

Vistaphones are super. Everytime I need a PanasonIc Phone or part they always had it and very very helpful. I really enjoy doing business with them.

I ordered a 2 line doodad, but really needed a 1 line + DSL doodad

The two Panasonic KX-T7731 $ Kx-T7720 phones were in great shape. If you have the need this is the place to go.

I am the owner of a small company and as a small firm, we must watch the bottom line continually. We have a rather ancient phone system (panasonic) but it works for our needs and really doesnt need to be upgraded. Although, two of the phones were having all sorts of problems so I looked on the internet looking for refurbished phones that were affordable. I just happened upon the Vistaphone site and was totally amazed at the bargain on the phones I needed and after doing a little research on Vistaphones, I found them to be reputable and ordered two phones. I live in Wisconsin and was in need when my Polycom phone broke. I searched the internet for Polycom phones. I came across the Vista Phone website and was please to find the product I wanted and a reasonable price. I called the phone number and talked to a very friendly and helpful lady. Based on the confidence I had in the lady, I ordered a replacement Polycom phone. It arrived on the day promised and was in the condition indicated.
I would reorder again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend Vista Phones to others.

Have been buying from them for over 6 years and have always been satisfied.

The phone does work great now.....I bought the phone from "phones 101"
but what a hassle to get the 2 special adapter needed to make it work.
the back of the phone has 2 plugs for phone lines, it is a 4 line phone, and each plug in the back is for 2 lines.
It needs a special adapter that is not included and is no longer made.
We searched and googled until we finally found them at Vista Phones.
Oh yea the phone we bought i found out are 7 years old and no longer made either.
So be careful of what you buy. If it wasn't for Vista Phones i wound never have been able to make the phones work.

Ordered a used Panasonic telephone controller that weighs quite a bit. Price was very good as this was an older model. Received in three days, and in perfect working condition, as is my phone system now.
