Recently purchased three phones from Vista Phones at a great price! I was a bit skeptical because the price seemed too good to be true. The phones came in a timely manner and they were perfect. Extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from again. Thank you, Vista Phones!

As a 30 year Panasonic dealer I have excess equipment to sell near the end of my career but I never hear back from vista phones on if they need any of my equipment?

Part for PBX shipped to me in a decent amount of time. Part was installed and worked as expected.

The power supply we ordered did the trick. Our telephone system was only working partially and as soon as we installed the power supply into one module, we were up and running. Great to have a place to order supplies for our Panasonic phone system.

I was able to order and receive some specialty phone jacks in a fairly quick manner. Definitely a five-star experience and I had never previously dealt with them. I will absolutely give them business in the future.

The 1st phone did not work and I returned it for a replacement.
I received a second (same model as 1st) and that one didn't work either.
The ones I purchased were a different model than what my company was currently using. Although I did ask if the new model would be compatible with our system it appears that they were not compatible. I take some responsibility in this error as I should have tried to find out how our current system was configured. So, unless you are replacing the same model #, be sure a different one will work. Salesman tried to work with me on finding a replacement but it was becoming too costly with return shipping charges.

I have ordered from Vista Phones multiple times and I have been satisfied every time. Their website is easy to use, prices are excellent and I receive the items quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
