Vista Phones 

I searched everywhere to replace by home office speakerphone. Almost every site that carried the Polycom SoundPoint was over $300. I found a "gently used" phone on Vista for $168. I received the phone last week...it looks brand new and is in great condition! The only difference from this one and my previous version is the ringer tone, which I assumed was a technical issue. However, Vista phones customer service reached out and resolved my issue immediately. This was an overall GREAT experience and I would definitely buy from Vista phones again!

If you are looking for a reputable business that sells refurbished smart phones, iPhone, etc. with competitive prices, a 30-day warranty, and FANTASTIC customer service, look no further. Vista Phones exceeded my expectations when I called them the first time for help regarding buying a refurbished iPhone. I have owned it for a couple of months, and it works like new.

And then, they exceeded my expectations again when I needed a battery replacement. They agreed to send me the battery at their cost, so that I did not have to wait a couple of weeks sending my phone to their repair shop, and then waiting for them to send it back. They included all the instructions and tools required to replace my battery at no charge. You just don't find companies like this very often. I highly recommend Vista Phones (especially coming from someone who rarely takes the time to write online reviews)!

Got a call from the shipping folks. They found a cheaper way to send my product and wanted to know if it was OK for them to get it to me faster and save me $8. OF COURSE!!! The credit was done within 10 mins on Pay Pal and I got the package two days early. THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks.

Your response was far above average, the phone worked flawlessly and your chat person was very pleasant and easy to work with. I apologize for not remembering her name but I'm dealing with a terminal lung disorder and don't remember things as I once did but if you have just one lady doing your phone work, she's a 'keeper' for certain. If all companies and their employees would have this kind of Moral and Ethical 'grounding' shopping would be a real pleasure.

Through Vista Phones I had a very inexpensive fix to a expensive problem.. I bought three dial pads for my extension phones for 20 bucks and saved buying three new extension phones for over $450.00... Not a bad place to shop!!

This site flowed perfectly and check out was a breeze.

The best prices I have found for our Panasonic PBX phones. I have ordered from them a few times and every time the product has been as advertised.

I called to order external microphones for a conference room speaker phone. I accidentally ordered 2 TWO-packs instead of two individual microphones. The customer service people called me on the phone and asked if I indeed wanted four microphones. I told them no, I only wanted two. They credited half of my order immediately. Excellent service! I'm so glad they paid attention to the order and didn't just send the four microphones. I would have had to return two and request a refund, but they took care of it before it became an issue.

The ipod works fine but the condition of it was terrible. i get it that is was refurbished but the screen was chipped on the sides, the back side was sratched to hell and the screen cracked after one day. Not happy with the condition of the ipod for the money.

They have the best customer service around! If you need help finding the piece you need or if you have any questions they can help and do a wonderful job!
