Very poor customer service

I ordered a canvas for my anniversary and within 1 day they had no problem taking my money, but have done nothing with my order. I sent their support team an email asking about this and did get one response that they are behind due to covid but it processes in 3-6 days and ships 5-15 days. It has now been 3 weeks and several emails sent to them and no response whatsoever and no product shipped This is some awful customer service! I even said just refund my money if they are so backed up and can't actually produce the product that they had no problem taking my money for and of course no response. Do not deal with this company!! There are many others out there that can at least respond to their customers and even produce the actual product you pay for!! I would choose zero stars if I could

I ordered a canvas thats was made up…

I ordered a canvas thats was made up for my girlfriend which was supposed to be for Valentine's day. I ordered it 5 days before Valentine and still havent got anything. Ive sent about 4 emails where im not even getting a response to. SERIOUSLY??? If someone could just notify me where my package is or if It can just be canceled. Cant even complaign about the service cause there isn't any. Very unprofessional! I wont advise this site to anyone.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I placed an order on February 5th and have reached out to them through email three times with zero responses. I can't speak on the quality of the order because I haven't received it and don't know if I ever will. This is hands down the absolute worst company I have ever ordered from. I would suggest no one order from them.

Horrible. Super horrible.

I ordered a shirt for my husband for Valentine's day. OVER A WEEK LATER they STILL HAVENT SHIPPED IT?????? SERIOUSLY??? And the ONLY customer service is an email adress that ive gotten auto replies from. I WILL NEVER ODER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Terrible company to do business with. Do not buy anything from them. Won’t give you any information on your order. Won’t respond to emails, no phone number to call. Won’t allow you to cancel a order. Total frauds and they have been reported

Beware of this company

Like every one else writing here , wish I had read the reviews before ordering anything from them. Try emailing them with no reply. I'm sure they will blame it on something. Going to report this to the bbb and I'll let the credit card company deal with this.

Bought a shirt for my dad

Bought a shirt for my dad. I attempted to buy the same shirt in 2 different colors. After submitting the order, I realized that they were the same color. I contacted support immediately. They said it was nothing they can do to switch the shirt for the color that I wanted. I told them that I don't need 2 of the same color shirts. They emailed me saying that it was too late, even though they did not ship it yet. When I attempted to have it returned for the right color, and not open the package, they refused.
I will never support this business again smh 👎🏾

Do not trust them

Do not trust them. 4 week shipping time, will intentionally wait over a week to reply to your emails so no cancels or returns, multiple complaints on better business bureau

I am very displeased with my order

I am very displeased with my order. The Mother to Son wallet is what I purchased and my son had it one day and most of the words are already smudged off. That is poor quality material. I emailed the company and received NO response.

I placed and order over a month ago

I placed and order over a month ago. I still haven’t received and all contact I’ve tried to make has been ignored. I have it on tracker and it supposedly in another town and has been for over a week. Still no delivery. Should have went to Amazon and I will not make that mistake again.

Actually one star is generous at this…

Actually one star is generous at this point. I placed my order on November 23rd hoping to have my sweatshirt by Christmas. Well, here it is Christmas Day and no sweatshirt, no update on shipping and numerous requests for a rating on customer service. As of today-I will not place another order with you nor will I recommend this to site to anyone I know.

Terrible Customer Service

Customer Service is terrible. Placed an order November 20, 2020 and still have not received the order. I've sent several requests for shipping information and after days of waiting for a response I've received a nothing answer without any information other than the order is processing or there are delays due to Covid-19. Now I'm getting requests regarding how I like the item ordered. I don't know since I still did not receive it and don't have any shipping information in order to track it. Also no available phone number to contact company, only via email. I wonder whether I ever will receive the order that is already paid for????

Terrible!

Terrible. The representative has been polite but I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered a shirt for a Christmas gift and it’s poor quality material, not the same color as depicted in the site (yes I know there can be screen variances but bright orange versus a soft yellow?) and it was stained in multiple places. When requested a return and refund, I was offered another shirt which still hasn’t come in time for Christmas. I have tried contacting the customer service again and again since and no reply or refund. 100% would not recommend.
