I thought this would be a nice gift to my wife for our 20th anniversary meeting place.
First, It took over 3 weeks to arrive... then it was not what I specifically ordered.
I sent email to support staff who quote "We totally comprehend your disappointment at the moment" however rejected my request to have the item reproduced as ordered.

I should have known to be suspicious when this company requests a "TIP" when you place your order.
And trying to be the nice guy, I fell for that too!!

I am very pleased with the communication/customer care. I ordered a custom canvas and it was perfect and exactly what I expected.

Love the pictuer!! They shipped it very quick and when we recieved it, it was in great condition. They followed my specific instructions and couldn't ask for better service!

I love the shirt. It is hilarious. The quality is pretty good and the price was decent so I would recommend.

It was nearly impossible to contact this company. I emailed several times with and received it would come back as mailerdemon. The email never worked. I finally had to search on my own, another way to contact them. I finally found them on Facebook. It would take them at least 12-24 hours to even respond but alas, they did. The package was a week late but in time for Father's Day. My kids were happy they had a gift and the product was very nice!
They have been contacting me to make things right and I appreciate the effort

I was happy that the canvas I ordered came in early enough for me to gift it to my wife before I left out of town. The only issue I can really had were with the links to track my item. It kept telling there was no link available, so it lead me to believe that I was scammed. Luckily though, I received an email stating that it had been shipped. Once it arrived and I was able to give it to my wife, she literally cried after seeing it. The fact that it captured where we first met was amazing to her. If I could make one improvement, I would write the name of the location in with the address provided. Thank you for such a wonderful idea.

Ordered First Father’s Day t-shirt and newborn onesie (set). Adult t-shirt advertised as Unisex sizing. Received a Ladies M. Complained and after 2-3 emails and pictures to prove the adult shirt was not as advertised, I was sent a replacement that is the correct size but varies in color and lettering is not the same as the onesie- cannot use as a gift set. Emails to Vista Star are now undeliverable and no way to contact the business. Horrible experience!

It took a little longer than expected to ship but when it did come it was exactly what I asked and hoped for in a memorial piece for my recently passed grandmother

Ordered a coffee mug for my dad for fathers day last year. Cost $26.00 and some change. Have never received mug or a refund. Several text messages saying they were refunding me but that has never happened. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Ordered a picture canvas for my anniversary on February 25th thinking that by March 2nd I would have an idea of where it would be at least here I am writing this March 4th 2021 that have successfully taken the money for said product but there is not a tracking number yet can't get but a generic response from the customer service team... this is by far the worst experience of buying anything of the internet. Thanks for nothing ended up buying a new gift... can someone tell me how to get my money back...

This company sucks with customer service. I ordered over a month ago and still don't have a tracking number...very disappointed.

Been waiting over a month for my order. They replied back just a couple of times and no won't reply at all. The blanket I ordered was suppose to be a valentines gift for my wife. Very disappointed

I received a tracking # and notification stating the item was delivered. I waited all day by the door for the package and it was never delivered. Sent 5 emails regarding the order and I have yet to here back from anyone. Horrible service
