My experience from first glance all the way through receiving my order was spot on nothing but perfection! I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. From ordering, to a struggle on my end with the order. (Cassandra being super helpful throughout the process) After ordering I became fearful that I wouldn't recieve the order until after Christmas. Cassandra reached out to me (after I asked a question) a few different times before I got back with her. Once I figured out the problem she searched my order and gave me all info on it. I since have recieved the product, (4 different items) PERFECTION AT ITS BEST! Thank you for following through on your promise to your customers! Thank you for giving me a chance to write a great review on a company! In all my 41 years it is the first time I can write such a great review to a company. Way to stick with oldschool respect and beliefs! LOVE IT!

I recently placed an order for a surprise gift for our co-workers that are getting married. I wanted to add a personal note with my order, so I included that information with my purchase. The Vistastars Team messaged me the next day to explain how their personal note offerings work, and I was immediately blown away by their prompt follow-up and dedication towards making this surprise gift as special as possible. The representatives I spoke with are nothing short of being tremendously kind, supportive, and helpful. Even though our exchanges were done over email, I truly felt like the Visastars Team was by my side helping me step by step.
