Not recommend to by from this site . Misleading, items listed are not what you received, totally different item from the website and if you have ordered multiple items you only get half of them. Customer service is appalling , when you explain you have not received all your products, your told we shipped the correct amount out. According to them it’s not their problem. Poor quality service

Shame they use Evri to deliver
I was getting a delivery once a week from Vitapoint. The products are good and the parcels are well packaged. However it is a real shame they use Evri to deliver. My parcels don’t get delivered until after 7pm when it is dark. Recently my parcels stopped being delivered because of issues with Evri. When I contacted online chat they said I had to wait 4 days before they could issue a refund even though I had paid for very expensive next day delivery. I have decided to stop ordering from vitapoint because of all the problems with delivery.

Very disappointed customer
Ordered and immediately saw I had ordered wrong item. Immediately cancelled via eBay and received notification had informed Vitapoint. This was all within 4 minutes yet I receive another email from eBay 1 hour later saying no cancellation item already packed and dispatched . Rubbish, they did not have enough time to do this in very short cancellation time. Told item at pick up point. Don’t intend to pick up. Would like my money back please.

Poor service in every way
Ordered 2 tubs of Soudal cement repairer , they delivered only 1 , then had to send loads of info/photos which they said they didn't receive and I asked them to simply send the other tub to me to complete the order - eventually they refunded me the cost of one tub as they can't complete the order.
Poorest customer service I have encountered.

Ridiculous company posting out poorly packed items that they choose to blame their chosen courier Royal Mail. If they contact me I will tell them who is to blame. Impossible to get hold of anyone at this company just non existent customer service! How they continue to visit their failings on there courier or indeed their good customers, I am tired of it all. If you do not want more hassle in your life give this company a wide berth. Never in my 61 years of life have I witnessed the like of it!!

I placed an order that said it was next day delivery. After 3 days with no tracking details and no delivery, I contacted customer service. They told me to contact the deliverer. Another 2 days still hadn’t left the depot, emailed again. Was said they’d give me a refund if I hadn’t received it in 48hrs. 2 days later still no delivery & I emailed back asked for my refund - no response!!

The company used a courier that delivered my order to an address several miles away. Neither Vitapoint nor the courier will take responsibility for this. It seems Vitapoint are cheap for a reason. I won't use them again - shopping with them has caused considerable stress and inconvenience.
