Vital Records Now 

This is a SCAM Don't Do it. I placed an ordered, and 4min later I noticed something. I declined my order less than 5min after I placed it, and they TOOK $40 of my money.Their is NO WAY to call them.
Find another company.

Thank you for assisting me to get the document I needed so quickly.

I placed my order on the second week of June and it's now mid August and I have not received anything and heard anything. Then I made an inquiry they sent me an email with a timeframe and end of the timeframe still nothing. They started acting on my order when I sent an email saying I was going to file a complaint with BBB, and still nothing. They definitely charge premium but short on their claims. And Virginia Dept of whatever wouldn't accept a document DHS and USCIS accepted, go figure that.

I have not been able to track my order I emailed last week to check on the status as nothing is showing. I have not received a response back nor is there a phone number for me to call and get a live person. I paid $105 and cannot get an answer my license will expire on 8/19/19 I’ve paid the money for the marriage certificate so that I can get the new license as I would have to do it in 2020.
This is extremely frustrating and I wish someone would respond so I know what is going on.

Great! I Received my Marriage Certificate in less than 21 days.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS PRINTING THE FORMS ON THE ORIGINAL E-MAIL. THEY SENT A SECOND E-MAIL WITH A PDF ATTACHMENT AND HAD NO PROBLEMS.

The service was okay. The biggest complaint I have is the cost. When the marriage certificate came to me, it said it cost $1.50. That said to me, I could have contacted them on my own and saved $98.50. I think the price is steep for the service.

Way too expensive for basically getting a copy of what I filled out on their site. Still have to do everything yourself. To top it off I found out that I could get the documents I needed much faster and with much, much less hassle by going thru the county clerk’s office web site and using their only preferred website. I got the documents I needed in 3 days instead of 3 months.

Worst company to deal with, hard to get a hold of, charged we way to much for what I was getting. If I would have done a little research then I defiantly would not have went with this company. They are just hard to deal with and get a hold of.

Limited to “no” communication throughout the process Long wait time for a reply. The value was not there for my need in understanding the status of the documents requested.

have not received the birth certificate I ordered from NY state back in march and never received any information as too why not from NY state or follow up from vital records

Charges way too much and takes too long to receive a copy of my Birth Certificate
