Would give a big fat zero if it was possible. A scam company selling non-existing products with no intention to deliver, slow and rude customer 'service' focussing on delay tactics and near impossible to get a refund from. Took over a month to get my money back. Avoid at all cost!!!

This company is a scam. It also now operates under the name of feelmarvellous.com They take money even though they don’t actually have the products and then just hope you give up. It’s truly awful. Please don’t be tempted by the positive reviews they are fake.

SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! All products are not in stock, they keep you waiting for ages then the same when it comes to refund. Absolute joke.

I wish I had read other people's reviews before ordering from them. Never received the order and kept being told it was about to be sent. Then asked for a refund after 1 month of waiting for my order. 2 months after that I'm still waiting for a refund. They keep saying it's been processed. Total scam.

They advertise a product. You order it and pay. They then tell you it is not in stock and offer you a different one. They then tell you they are expecting it in a few weeks. All the time they won't refund you. Complete bandits. Beware. Thank heaven for Paypal.

Unfortunately I must agree with most people reviewing this company. Have waited 2 months for a basic order of 3 cleaning products, reissued the order twice and have not received anything. They appear to be a scam company. I have requested my money back but will be hugely surprised if they refund me. Do not use this company!

Unprofessional and rude! Order arrived smashed, sent images etc. Emma’s reply was only ‘They are plastic and never smash like this’. So unprofessional. Like I’m going to order £10 meds, smash them and try to get a refund! They are unusable. So weird of them!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. In Oct 2025 I placed a big order of cleaning supplies you can no longer get in the US. I recieved half my order in November. Was told tariff and shipping issues with the rest due to size/weight. I suggested they give me the smaller bottles as the equivalent instead “Emma” said OK. She never followed through. After another month I said OK fine one just give me a refund - that was in December. It’s now the end of April. I’ve exchanged over 25 emails with “Emma” (I see her noted on some other reviewers maybe she’s not a real person) and I have no information and no idea that I’m ever going to get back 106 pounds that I’m owed.

You order something and it just sits there for several days. It has to be one of the slowest places ive cone across hence the 1 star.

I wish I would read this before I placed my order. After over 2 weeks still no sign of my parcel. Just emails - sorry, don't have your choosen flavour, its on a way, will be by tomorrow , etc. SCAM, avoid AVOID! Contact with them is only over the emial, and they lying all the time. Seems loke I need to start a chargeback process with my credit card provider..

I really wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I have been ripped off like the many reviews before me.

Firstly they don't have the items in stock that are listed on their website. They offered me an alternative option and then took 10 days to dispatch.

They sent frozen items via standard Royal Mail delivery which resulted in the items being defrosted & inedible on delivery.

I am now stuck in an endless cylcle of them asking me if I want a refund or replacement. With my response each time being that I would like a refund. Then they ignore me untill I reach out again. Rinse and repeat.

I have now idea how they're allowed to operate a business like this.

I’ve not received my purchase. I’ve written two emails to customer service (no response) then to Jethani Yogesh ( manager) with just a response saying they will get back to me, but they haven’t. I’ve requested to cancel the order and get a full refund, but I have achieved nothing. A scam company

Amazing product

I also have had a bad experience with this company. Only received one item off my order and was kept being told the rest would be sent out, it’s due in next week. After months of this I was fed up and asked to be refunded for the balance of the order which was over £70. After a string of emails and being told it was coming, I never received it. Worst company I have ever dealt with, it does need reporting.
