I would like to share a very positive review regarding the care I received during my hair transplant at Vitta Clinic. From the very beginning, when I was first contacted by Miss. Rose, I felt assured and comfortable. She is incredibly kind and professional, and her communication skills helped build my confidence in the clinic.
Although I was in touch with 10 to 15 different clinics, Vitta Clinic stood out. What impressed me the most was their trust-based approach — they didn't ask for a deposit to book the procedure. Miss. Rose was exceptional throughout. As promised, I received excellent care from day one. I was picked up from the airport and taken to a hotel with good facilities (VIP transfer & 5star hotel). Transportation to and from consultations, procedures, and tests was all timely and well-coordinated.
On the day of the procedure, I met with the doctor, translator, and medical team. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The Dr. Ayda mapped out the transplant area on my scalp and clearly explained the process. She was kind, experienced, and highly skilled. A translator was present throughout the procedure, which made communication easy and seamless.
After the surgery, I had a follow-up consultation with the doctor, where she guided me on the healing process and post-op medications. Since I flew back the day after surgery, Ms. Rose has continued to follow up on my progress. I regularly send photos for review, and if I forget to send them on time, I receive friendly reminders. The doctor reviews the images and provides feedback promptly.
The clinic has also provided me with a 6-month free treatment plan, which is a generous and thoughtful touch.
I had a previous hair transplant in 2018 in London with HCG Clinic, and unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the results. But the experience with V Clinic has been completely different. The quality of treatment, professionalism of the staff, hygiene standards, and follow-up care have all been outstanding. It’s truly worth traveling to Turkey — not just for the cost-effectiveness, but also for the experienced and caring staff.

I have less than 24 hours ago returned from Istanbul having received a hair transplant through Vitta Clinics. I began consulting with Rose back in April as I was shopping around and exploring my options. I was nervous about my decision making with no understanding of the industry other than my Internet searches. Having communicated with several consultants , Rose was a standout as she laid out the facts clearly and did not push me into negotiations.And at the end of the day I chose Vitta based largely on their consistently positive reviews. Rose communicated with me consistently throughout, advising and instructing me through each step of the process, leading up to my arrival in Istanbul and organising my transport from the time of arrival at airport , then pick up from hotel to procedure the following day and return to hotel, then pick up from hotel for my first head wash then delivery to airport. My translator , Adva, joined us on the drive to the Medicana hospital for treatment and was there throughout the entire procedure to communicate each element of the process including the aesthetic preferences of my hairline. This was not rushed. The team that performed my transplant were professional, efficient and accommodating to my requests. My requests being for more local anaesthetic at any hints of pain throughout. The procedure was approximately 7 hours long with 30mins for provided lunch intermission. I am very happy with the resulting natural hairline . The hotel was extremely comfortable and hospitable. Any concerns I had about getting a procedure like this in a far away land have evaporated and I am so grateful that I made the choice to commit to Vitta. My recovery is progressing nicely and Rose continues to communicate with me daily to follow through with after care, implementing the extensive aftercare kit provided. I highly recommend Vitta! I spent 6 months deciding upon a clinic. Rose from Vitta clinic in Istanbul was so sweet and reassuring that I ended up choosing her clinic . I'm happy I did . The dentist Dr. Natiga was extremely experienced and no nonsense! She got in and changed my entire situation which was not good! She performed 5 root canals and lengthened my upper lip by creating my perfect smile and teeth. She changed my lower face and my smile is what it used to be. I'm greatful. They drove me to and from my driver Mohammed was extremely skilled and prompt. So polite and very professional. As fast as they drive here, which is FAST! I have just finished my hair transplant and teeth clean at this clinic. after previously having work done at other clinics and also visiting istanbul with other people that have come for health tourism. This is by far the best clinic I have come too. The cost I was told I would pay is the price I did pay. Unlike some other clinic i have visited and when I have visited them they continued to try and increase the price however that did not happen at this clinic. I was given a translator named anfal who spoke very clear English and never left my side during my treatment. She is one of the most kind ladies I have ever met. I was provided dinner and drinks during my procedure. The overall experience was outstanding. The staff at this clinic took the best of care of me. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

After years of struggling with a receding hairline and thinning crown, I finally took the leap and had a hair transplant at Vitta Clinic in Istanbul—and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

From the start, my medical consultant Seline was amazing. She was transparent, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Everything—from the online consultation with the surgeon to finalizing the treatment plan—was handled professionally.

I opted for the DHI technique with 4000 grafts,the surgeon discussed the hair line one last time while they were waiting for some blood test results (by the way, Don’t let the surgeon's young and pretty appearance fool you—she knows exactly what she’s doing) and the procedure itself lasted about 8.5 hours. Apart from the numbing injections (which were the only uncomfortable part), the experience was smooth and well-managed by the expert team. They kept checking on me constantly and made sure I felt at ease.

The clinic arranged everything—airport transfers, hotel stay, and even daily transportation to the clinic. I also stayed a few extra days to explore Istanbul, and Seline helped plan the schedule around that. The interpreter, Ms. Anfal, even gave me a fantastic 3-day travel guide to enjoy the city.

Got my hair transplant done thru Vitta Clinics. Here's my take on the experience:

Prices - very competitive. I shopped around and stopped at Vitta Clinics. Why would you pay more for the same work?!?

Dr Ayda and nurses - personally, I find Dr Ayda to be pleasant to deal with. Straightforward, direct and upfront. Dr Ayda might comes off as a little detach but, nevertheless, professional. Answering all questions and does the extraction herself. I like her straightforward approach. Quick, fast and efficient.
The 2 nurses does the graft implant. The doctor will check in during the process.

Translators Anfal and Nina - both are humble and supportive. Anfal even comforting me during the 9hrs procedure. - Thank you!

Customer concultant Marie - whom I've never met. Only chat via the app. She is outstanding. I like that she explained and guides me every step of the process clearly, answered all my questions with patience.
Best of all - Her support didn’t stop after the procedure in Turkey. Marie stayed in touch during my recovery stage even after I have returned to my home country. Marie make the effort to checking in everyday (11days continuously) providing helpful advices on aftercare.

Vitta Clinics overall - It's the follow thru after the procedure that make this service stands out compared to others. Who would just taking your money and be done with you once the work is over. I highly recommended this service for hair transplant.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the translator.Nina was excellent in her translations every step of the way. Sara was there every step of the way keeping me informed. The dockers took every care and effort to keep pain to a minimum. The only negative would be the pick up from hotel and airport. The wait time was almost an hour in both cases, but this is beyond the hospital control I guess.
UPDATE:
After the staff were informed of the problems with transport things changed remarkably. The driver apologised to me twice, on the next 2 occasions Mehmet picked me up and both on time. The ride to the airport was great and in a very luxurious vehicle, my schedule was accommodated by Suhayla, with thanks. Lastly I would like to give a big shout out to Sara who really went the extra mile in easing my various concerns on treatment, accommodation, transport and even luggage.
