The pendant is great, but I haven't had to use it. Just hope it works when needed
This is something my wife needs.
I was told by salesperson when I purchased system that panic alarm worked when away from home. After purchase found out that it only works in range of security panel. Also was told that there is a belt clip that goes with it, which I did not receive
Will be very helpful if or when I need emergency assistance.
I like it it close by and it will help me when I am in trouble
