Super Patient and caring staff (thank you Selena!) Selena was very understanding about my needs and what I wanted in my products. They took the time to revise my design multiple times to ensure that the finished mockup was what I wanted. I was on somewhat of a time crunch and Selena still managed to somehow ship out my products in time. Absolutely worked a miracle for me! It didn't seem possible but she made it happen! I ordered a set of fake Pokémon cards, this is my second go around making one and I decided I wanted to try out new effects.

The quality of the card is really good, the stock is thick and it doesn't bend easily. I added both UV, holographic lamination and gold foil to my card.

I had some trouble with creating the file because of the file size limit, but I discovered that leaving ALL the layers visible results in a smaller file size in csp for anyone facing the same issue.

I had to redo my gold foil because the words I wanted it around were too small, so note that foil you probably want around big smooth shapes. Otherwise, it was good, I did pay for 4 to 10 days shipping so I don't know about regular shipping, but I was able to track it until it arrived. Overall, I'm please with my order and my agent Reese was a huge help.

I appreciate Lindsay reaching out to me when there was a printing issue. She made sure the edits were passed along so my order would stay on time. Thank you so much!!
