I love the product but tried to order 2 of the beard moisturizer and was told only one was available so I was only able to order one which was ver disappointing

This is overpriced. The marker end is too flat and does not work if the skin is at all oily! Disappointing

Still after 3 weeks i placed the order, I have not received the products without sending me any information to track it. Make sure first that you deliver the products on time and safe and then ask for reviews ...

Excellent customer service. Dealt with a slight issue with first product I received and a replacement was sent out promptly.

My only gripe is the varying delivery lengths but due to it being shipped internationally that's to be expected.

They kindly kept silent about how I'll be charged extra for customs. Total rip off and the webshop didn't mention any of it during the order process so I was very surprised when I had to pay the postman the extra (not little) money. As a customer I'd expect to see and pay the full price online once and for all without other hidden charges later. Shameful.

They sent me the wrong color on two different orders and they wanted me to pay for shipping back to them

I love it but the only thing is everytime I order one I get charge more then the cost like for example it was 9.99 with 3.00 shipping it should be 13.99 but it takes 18.99 out but besides that I love it

Delivery fast, colour good, but less happy about the quality of the pencil, pencil broke verry fast.

I love the product, but I would love to know how the bottom part (the brush on part) works. How does the color get onto the brush? There are no instructions

However it takes too long to get them from the time you order them to the time when yiu actually get them.

Enjoyed this product very much and happily re-ordered it, but I accidentally chose the wrong color. I sent an email requesting a change immediately, but customer service took five days to respond. By then, the order had already shipped and there was no way to fix it.
