I hired several hosts until I got to VPSDime.

The service is fantastic and the staff is incredible. Super affordable price and customer service is extremely fast.

Focusing on support is something I've honestly never seen in another company. Extremely proactive and friendly.

I am a customer of VPSDime since 2014.

They have been a truely great hosting company and have some great services.

I would recommend everyone to look at the company's Premium hosting as it includes backup policy.

The tech team is very professional and very quick to respond positively with every one of my requests.

It has been a year i am using vpsdime, the best thing is thier support service, mostly i get a reply from them with in half an hour. For my other server like ovh, i have to wait around 24 hours and the asnwer is like that sorry, we cant help you. But vpsdime support is very good and fast

I have searched high and low for a service that is affordable and great quality, my expectations have been blown from start to finish, I recommend VPSdime highly, they are legit, fast and most importantly responsible.

Strengths as well as weaknesses

The good points include an almost immediate response to support requests from very knowledgeable staff, a good control panel, OK speeds, and good uptime (I experienced 1 outage in 3 years with them when a hard drive failed on one of their UK nodes).

The downside is the lack of ddos protection which is compounded by the use of open virtualization instead of KVM on their standard (but not premium) plan - indeed, their terms of service effectively shift responsibility for preventing ddos attacks to their clients when they as a company should be offering hardware protection (attacks are normally random).

They might also be a little bit less stingy at times (their open virtualisation image doesn't support Docker which means to get a good deal you have to move to a host that offers cheap KVM hosting; and even when it comes to downtime, adding a day as compensation for downtime is hardly going to break their bank...

Summary: if you're looking for very competitively priced hosting and UK as well as US locations, and don't have mission critical apps, they're one of the better choices (and I've tried most companies!)

Server is fast, easy to setup, backup. Great support. I'm very happy with their service.

They terminated my VPS without warning. Additionally they are putting too much pressure by false reporting to have my review removed.

VPSDime is not reliable and customer support is useless.
They abruptly terminate service, customer support is prompt but useless. They can do nothing more than verifying your SSH Connectivity. The support desk is abusive and unprofessional.
In the name of unmanaged hosting they would practically deny to ensure that your website is up and running. Never recommended for someone who is not a super pro in Unix Administration.

EDIT: The VPSDime desk is sending me unsolicited mails and communications regarding this review even though I am not subscribed to their services anymore. And I don't know why they are referring a blog post here where names are used. I haven't used any reference of my blog post here.

RE-EDIT: VPSDime owner called me personally and apologized for the bad experience which I had on VPSDime. He promised to make things different. I am hopeful now. I am rejoining VPSDime, not because their services are affordable, but because I really liked the way they addressed a customer concern and responded. You hardly get a personal touch with big names. I already appreciated the unmatched promptness of VPSDime Support and affordable plans, now there is no reason to give them a good rating!

I was a customer with them for 8 months. I had no trouble later I wanted to upgrade my package so I moved to higher tier vps. Their support told me they have to move my data to a different node due to load and space limits on the old node. The migration process had many ups and Downs it took several days and the new server was unstable and went down many times. Their support did not know reason behind the instability of their servers and was helpless .
