We have ordered 3 woodpecker light curing machines and Jamsheed who have dealt with all orders was very efficient and top notch on customer service.
We have decided to use VS Dent more due to excellent customer service and of course for top notch materials and equipments . Highly recommend!

Everything done with ease
Everything done with ease. The product I paid for was £11 but shipping was £10 odd which seems a bit silly considering it being such a small item. I essentially paid double for one item

AVOID. Stolen my money
I ordered a supply from them, upon arrival i no longer needed the item. The item was unopened and securely packaged as originally sold - basically untouched. I sent it back straight away and its been over a month and i still haven't received my refund. I have been emailing them consistently and had no response. AVOID

I phoned on numerous occasions to ask if I could speak to someone in technical to help set up my sensor and to this day nobody has got back to me

Terrible service and company
Terrible service and company. Item never arrived even though email stated it was dispatched. When I called 2 weeks later I was told it was out of stock and was upsold another item.
Another order was sent the wrong item. It took me over 2 weeks of almost daily phone calls before I was acknowledged. Each time I called I was told someone would call me back that day but never did. Only when I asked to speak with a manager this matter was dealt with and refund given. Will not be using them again.

Fantastic 2 part epoxy delivered next…
Fantastic 2 part epoxy delivered next day. I have all on 6 dental implants fitted 5 years ago and the bottom set fell out. I was horrified but VSDent sent a really strong epoxy which I used to re bond the dentures to the implants this was nearly a month ago now and they are fitting in as comfortable and secure as when they were installed. Very very grateful to VSDent for this great product at a fraction of the price other sites were offering it for.

Wrong Part Quickly resolved
Initially was sent wrong part, communication to get this resolved was good and they sent correct part out promptly, have used the services of VS Dent on a number of occasions always very prompt with delivery quality of the product is good, would certainly recommend this company to others.
