Offered a reduction but never materialised
Forgot to include the extra head to the handpiece
Offered it free of charge but item has been pre paid. Pointed this out but no attempt to reach out to refund. Disappointing !

Poor customer care
It used to be very efficient and helpful and prompt with delivery but now difficult to get an answer, order arrives either a week later or not at all and whe you try to contact them it takes two days to get a reply.
