Great from start to finish
Declan, our adviser, provided an excellent level of service throughout. He was highly thorough and carefully guided us through each stage of the process step by step. We now feel reassured that we have the appropriate policies in place for our family. The entire process was managed professionally from start to finish. A follow up call was had with Vicky, again went through our welcome pack and a nice touch receiving an Amazon gift card. 🙂
