First I was really excited when I heard that Japanese Sake is produced in Europe. I'm a big fan of Sake and its hard to find good Sake for a reasonable price. So I gave Wakaze a chance and ordered the Junmai&Ginjo set. I only tried the Junmai Sake with "characteristic citrus aroma". First I thought that this is just a description of the flavor profile. But when I tried it, it was stronger than I expected and for me its hard to tell if this is just the result of French rice and water or if lemon was added intentionally. Anyway, as much as I appreciate a European version of Sake, this taste differs too much from the originals in Japan. I would have preferred a Sake without such strong lemon flavor.

Quick and helpful communication via e-mail, super fast shipping. These guys clearly care a lot about every aspect of their products (there was even a small easter gift!). I will stay tuned and order some new special sakes when they're available. 100% recommended.

Fast delivery with UPS. Good taste but rather sweet and reminds of soju than sake. Nice refreshing when cold though

No. Taste does not match Japanese sake of comparable price. Very thin soup. Buy sake from Japan for the same price and get happy, hold back from this one.

The Idea is good but : the taste is very light. I dont feel "koku"

Love the packaging, love the bottle labels and how they are made. Just a one mistake was that there was a mistake on the delivery address, so that delivery time was slightly delayed. But anyway, I have received what I ordered and I will enjoy SAKE from France :)
