Flight Delayed - But decent service

So, they had a flight delay by 2 hours. It happens. As a result I missed my connection in FRA.

But, I got a free hotel. I had to pay for a taxi myself, but the process to claim the expenses was painless and they refunded basically the entire leg of the trip.

Compared to trying to do this with other airlines (TAP for example) this was actually pretty easy.

For me having this process go smoothly and not having to fight them for compensation gives them a 5 star rating.

Great Products, Great Service!

Pay attention to delivery times as sometimes they can take weeks. But quality was great when I got it. I've bought a number of side tables and really like them.

UPDATE: Had small issue with damage on a new purchase and customer service was excellent! Fast and sent me a replacement quickly. Very impressed!

Good experience buying. The seller was good with communication and shipping was fast. The watch (Rolex Explorer) is in even better condition than I thought it would be. The escrow service was flawless. Would use again.

Good Company, Good Sellers, Great Results

There might be a delay from purchase to delivery, but I've bought at least 6 things and each time it was exactly as ordered (honestly, better than expected). Good company, no issues with anything. Sometimes shocked at how well it works.

Probably the worst airline I've ever dealt with.

Probably the worst airline I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer service (and they are all pretty bad). I've avoided flying them for over a year now because of my experience trying to sort out very late luggage on both legs of my trip. No compensation for having to purchase clothing for 2 days on arrival. It took almost a dozen contact points (website forms, phone calls, emails) before I could even know I was getting NOTHING. Most airlines will pay you for things like buying a cheap shirt at H&M to wear as you land with nothing but the smelly clothes on your back after losing luggage. TAP - nothing. And they will waste hours of your time until you can reach someone to tell you that. Terrible company. I fly over 100K miles a year for over 10 years. So I know.

Great Product, Professional Process, Excellent Staff

Great experience. Fast response to my emails, very professional staff. After a thorough security vetting (which to me is a good sign of a reputable company) I received my watch within a few days. It was in better condition than the photos if that is possible. Would happily buy from them again and just recommended them to a friend. They will be my first choice when looking for a vintage / previously owned watch. I mostly dealt with Liz Wenham who was fantastic.
