Good communications, no catches all as described

We were looking for a rural base for our break. This was ideal.

Nice little place to stay, clean and comfortable. Garden very small and is overlooked by the main house. Not enough to do in the village apart from walks so definitely need a car . Broughton Beach 30 mins away absolutely beautiful the dog 🐕 loved his beach runs Swansea beach is nice to take the dog but just a certain part is dog friendly. Not enough eating places on most of the beaches to be honest.

I suppose you get what you pay for and this was a cheap break
This is a flat and it has fire doors to every room which need adjusting I burnt my hands with hot drinks when coming out of the kitchen and nearly threw food up the front door as the door springs back behind you very sharply (funny at first but tiresome after a few incidents)
One morning the fire alarm went off because the other flat occupants decided they wanted a cooked breakfast.l suppose this shows the system works but all flats were up early that morning
It was nice to have a break but I won’t be booking a flat again
The cove is beautiful but there isn’t a basic food supply shop so you have to plan ahead

Just what we wanted for our first holiday with our dog ( puppy) the garden was huge and she loved it . The property is gorgeous and in a lovely setting , we’d highly recommend it to anyone wishing to book here we had bed made up in a king size but the mattress was too firm for us , we’d take a topper if we stayed again 😍

Communication was excellent, text reminders to check my account for information eg key safe code, text reminders for check out time etc.

Very nice and clean cottage , everything you need was in the house, we will be back again.

The booking system was easy and customer service staff very helpful and friendly when dealing with a small query I had. Lots of texts/emails keeping me informed of every stage of the process.

This property was perfect. It is in a beautiful location, the property is of a high standard and decorated perfectly. It had absolutely everything you would need, very well equipped. There were plenty of logs for the fire and the hot tub. The owners had thought of everything.

Area is lovely, very minimalistic, but all the necessary equipment, few small issues which can be addressed, if taking elderly people I have suggested a handrail for inside and outside steps

You show all reviews whether good or bad, which is helpful when going somewhere or using a service for the first time easier.
The site is very easy to use.

Parking is on the street
No welcome pack on arrival and only one set of keys for six adults
Check in time very late 4pm doesn’t give you much time to unpack etc

Easy to book on the website and description was accurate. Good instruction prior to getting there. House was wonderful- we all loved it! Would use the company again and recommend it, and the property to anyone!

An delightful cottage in a great location with two excellent beaches (Aberdyfi & Fairbourne) a short drive away. There’s a Co-Op at Tywyn for all your needs. We were lucky to be there during the heatwave of 7/22 so it was beach every day to keep the two year old happy. There’s not a lot for that age group in the area but we drove to a farm at Harlech which was a success! 10/10
