I have been attempting to open a business bank account for my U.S. LLC since March 17, and I have fully complied with all document requests submitted through your platform.
Subsequently, I was contacted by a representative from Wallester, identified as Valeria Mitjurina, who requested that I physically mail my company documents to an office in Tallinn, Estonia. I explicitly clarified that my LLC was formed entirely online and that no original physical documents were ever issued to me.
Following this interaction, my application was abruptly halted without any formal explanation, justification, or reference to compliance requirements.
This request raises significant concerns. To the best of my knowledge and based on standard industry practices, legitimate online financial institutions do not require international physical shipment of corporate documents—particularly when digital verification has already been completed. Such a request deviates from established onboarding and KYC procedures.
Given these irregularities, I am seriously concerned about the legitimacy, necessity, and intent behind this request, as well as the security and potential misuse of sensitive business information. The lack of transparency and the sudden suspension of my application further compound these concerns.

I needed a card to use with Meta ads and people recommended I opened an account with Wallester. I was initially a bit taken aback by all the requirements and documentation they asked for before opening the account, including an interview! I have opened numerous bank accounts for my companies across different continents and never had to go through such as exhaustive list of checks - but it all worked out in the end, they opened the account, including a special advertising account with a card that has FINALLY allowed me to run ads on Meta. The platform is user-friendly and I am so far very happy with the service.

Also, I was very impressed with their customer support, particularly the help of Mariano. They assign you a direct contact person to do your onboarding and help with any questions. Mariano has been incredibly helpful, answering all emails really promptly, arranging my extra account and checking on me as I explore their platform. I've never experienced a similar level of customer service with any other bank, and I am still gobsmacked that they offer this even for accounts in their free tier.

I've already recommended Wallester to a few people in my marketing community, and will continue to do so as the experience so far has been great (and the only bank that could offer an actual solution to Meta's increasingly annoying habit of not accepting perfectly valid credit cards to pay for ads!).

I have been trying to get my business account approved with Wallester for over a month now. I have submitted every document requested multiple times — bank statements, invoices, company details, payout exports — and I am still waiting with zero resolution.
The communication has been slow, the questions repetitive, and the process has been an absolute nightmare. As a business owner, this delay has directly impacted my operations and cost me real money.
I would not recommend Wallester to any business owner who needs a reliable and efficient onboarding process. There are far better alternatives out there.

Registered, provided ID and more, then got asked to provided a registration number.

I signed up as a Sole Trader. In the UK only companies, such as Ltd, LLC... who are registered with companies house have registration numbers. How this bank does not know this but continues to request this, I do not know. They clearly have zero knowledge on company/business types and which have registration numbers. Absolutely wasted my time. If you are not a company registered with Companies House, do not bother signing up.

Ms.Juliette Samson was very kind and helpful during the KYB process, and the product has been working great as well.

Great service with Wallester, never had an issue with anything and they always answer any questions and queries immediately. I have my own personal account manager Ksenia who is great, any time I pick up the phone to message she replies immediately and is very helpful and responsive. I can’t recommend this service enough, my personal experience is very positive and having a personal account manager helps the process and makes is so much easier than any other bank I have dealt with.
