Customer service used to be very helpful, like they knew you were buying a premium product with a massive margin. I preordered the new tone pro and asked if it could be shipped to the store and the answer was no, cant change that. You used to ship the material out early, same time as store shipments, so that it would arrive at my house on Friday or Monday depending on carrier, now you ship after the release date so I am penalized for you not having adequate stocks in the store (store employee said he will get only 6 at release so you should preorder) as well as my loyalty to the brand. I usually don't preorder from the store as if I am going to wait for an order I may as well order it from an online retailer and get a large discount. The store wouldn't help switch my order and the online wouldn't switch (chat twice).
