Honestly the only thing to complain about is wishing they had comics for lore or dedicated graphic novels for each chapters / factions available for dummies. I have just started to enjoy Warhammer 4... See more

The site is quite complete but need some more "love"
The site is quite complete and functional, generally it is possible to search for things intuitively, it has some efficiency problems and often crashes, forcing you to reload the page (which is always not advisable, especially during the purchase phase). There are also some problems related to localization, for example, in the shopping cart if the page is in Italian the payment method selection button is sometimes in different languages, such as French, which would deserve better testing, or in the voucher section, you can redeem them but those already redeemed or already used are not displayed and having no references, but only a blank page. If you try to redeem a code again, it says that it has already been redeemed but there is no evidence of this (especially knowing if it has already been used or not) and you only understand this during the purchase phase because you can find it again to be able to tick to be used, given that there is a voucher section, it would be convenient to be able to already see the active (or used) voucher in this section, before getting to the actual payment for an item.

Warhammer store, the district
Store staff were very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. There was a good selection across the store, and making both online and instore purchases was fairly easy and straightforward (despite complications of my own unintended making)
All in all 0/10 for warding away chaos, iron within iron without

Website is functioning better, prices are ridiculous.
This my latest purchase (the new Titus books) after approximately 10 years in the hobby. Website seems to be better handling pre order volumes and doesn't get bogged down. The reason I took some stars down is Games workshop is having a laugh with some of these prices. You can make a website function better but your product prices are getting ridiculous. I’ve watched my beloved crisis suits shoot up to around $80 dollars in just that short decade. Thats not because of inflation, thats greed.

Enough is Enough
Still getting robbed and extorted by scalpers who can still buy dozens of copies of every limited release just so they can force us to buy at an up to 300% mark up on ebay. Games workshop continues to do nothing about it as long as they get their cash and they're stocks go up. And that's to say nothing of the glitchy, counter-intuitive website, the poor customer service, or that every book still gets mailed with no reasonable protection and (always) arrives with damaged covers and bent corners. As long as they continue to treat their consumers this way and still get our money, they're never gonna change. Do yourself (and the Warhammer community) a favor, get a 3D printer and a large thumb drive. F*** Gameswork shop. This is why you'll never be as big as Marvel.
Super easy to set up an account
Super easy to set up an account, to navigate the website, and to place an order. When my husband ordered off of this site previously the shipping time was quick.

Disappointed with how the preorders I put in my cart got “sold out” only after I click purchase.

Lost out on a limited collectors edition of 500 worlds books due to their website being unstable and not letting me log in or complete my purchase even though I had the item in my cart. Ended up buying the normal version!

Awful support
Awful support. I didn’t remember my password for my Warhammer account, so I wanted to reset it. I didn’t get any password reset email in my mailbox or spam folder. I tried reaching customer support, telling them my issue, and they said that after I gave them the date of birth used on the account, they could reset it for me. I gave it to them, and they gave me a one-time link for a newly generated password. Surprise — the password didn’t work on my account. So I messaged support again, and they asked me for the date of birth used on the account. I gave them the exact one that I gave to the first support, and they told me it was an incorrect date and year. I said that I had messaged support before, giving this same date, and they had no issue. I even pasted a picture of our conversation, and they told me they cannot do anything about it. Horrible experience. I cannot even use my own email for an account or reset the password.

Great Customer Service
Many thanks to Dan K who answered my question promptly, and provided a direct link to the product I was inquiring about.

Warhammer.com is generally a great website and store. Lately they have changed their website, which I liked the old one better in some ways, but they have fixed a few bugs so it isn't terrible.

Discontinued after purchase
Even though I was quickly provided with a full refund, the item that I ordered through a store was apparently marked as discontinued even after I purchased it with a voucher - a clear as day consumer rights violation! Be extremely careful as it isn't clear what they have in stock!

I love the game but not the stock.
I love the game, models and the stock for black Templars and Orks is pretty good. However when I tried to order some Tau for a new army it went out of stock in my cart and there is no notice of when it might come back.

Slow and Expensive, Awful Storefront
I made this purchase because Games Workshop sent me a money-off voucher. Otherwise I would not have done so.
Overall, it's frustrating to buy Warhammer products from the Warhammer official store. The problems fall into 3 main categories:
(1) The webstore. It's awful to navigate and find what you're looking for. This is a well-known issue, and this official store is far harder to use than 3rd party hobby stores which sell the same products much more easily. This order encountered numerous errors when attempting to enter payment information where the "billing address" section kept locking out and disallowing text entry. It took me almost half an hour from first entering checkout to completing the transaction.
(2) The prices. This is also well known, but Games Workshop charge significantly more for Warhammer products than any other retailer. You will pay on average 15% less by buying one of their products from someone else such as Wayland, Element or an independent hobby store.
(3) Delivery. You can either pay for delivery to your home, or have free delivery to a Warhammer retail store (note: not a store that stocks Warhammer products, but a branded Warhammer store). This takes a quoted six working days. Order on a weekend and it's a coinflip as to whether it will arrive by the following weekend. In this era of Amazon next day delivery, or competitors offering 48-hour delivery (free if you meet a value threshold - Wayland games offer free delivery on orders over £20 for example), this is ludicrously slow.
In summary - you can get the same product cheaper, faster, and more easily by not buying from Warhammer directly.

Strangely linked
Was trying to order the free mini for having a Warhammer+ subscription. Cannot be done through the Warhammer+ site you must go to the Warhammer shop... However it does not keep you logged in and wasnt even showing me the correct page. Then if you do log in it does not redirect back to the page you are on. Went in circles multiple times until it eventually worked. Would be much simpler if they'd let you select and order the mini entirely through Warhammer+ . Otherwise shop front is relatively simple and easy to navigate.

Always good and fast service
Always good and fast service. All problems I had so far was with UPS or other delivery service and not Warhammer.
While the support was not the most talkative, they were always nice and professional.
Damaged sprues got always replaced but they came well and safe packed.
