On the website

On the website: Searching for different models, casting suppliers, unit types for middle earth is complex. Search box is not robust as partial matches are lacking.
There are no bundles of paints and no Themed or army matching bundle/recommended paints for the box art shown.

Order fulfilment is slow to say the least. Tracking and order management is basic: last i tried to cancel an order i got sent to a google forms environment, which was strange.

Lastly, for middle earth the oldest models are deserving a refresh, like Rivendell armies, specially the last alliance units.
