From my very first interaction with WarrantiesUK for my car, it was evident that their motto, "We Believe In Hard Working Professionalism," is deeply ingrained in their company culture. AVOID AVOID AVOID

If I could give minus stars I would. Bradley arranged a warranty for me which I decided not to take on but the monthly payment was still taken out! Everyone I speak to, Bradley included, have promised the refund is being processed yet I still haven’t received it since SEPTEMBER. I have been fobbed off with emails, texts and phone calls all saying I should’ve have the refund within seven days and they can’t understand why it hasn’t gone through. It’s only £31 but that’s not the point, they took the money when they shouldn’t have. Disgusting behaviour for a “professional” company.
