Great experience with this company especially with Tara I bought a Tesla from Henry's had a few problems BUT ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ON THE OTHER SIDE was Tara always so fast in replying to call AND emails EXCELLENT!! she will never let me down if this could give a 10 star I would.

Excellent experience (providing a warranty…)
This company (providing a warranty under the name of Crystal Clear) was used by a dealer when selling me a car. Within the default 6 months I had to call on them for 2 separate issues. Having never dealt with warranty companies before, I called to discuss 'how it all works' and I have to say that the help on the phone, the email communications and the overall handling was perfect. Immediate, clear and sufficiently detailed in answers and work all the administration of dealing with the claims. A special thank you to Tara who was the main contact for me (a credit to 'Customer Service' which is very important to me).

It is rare to deal with a company where they try right at the start to help and to resolve issues as opposed to saying no and being difficult.
Whilst I have not had cause to deal with them too many times (as one would hope with a warranty) the few times I have (including very recently) were very positive. I would. not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

I needed to make a warranty claim…
I needed to make a warranty claim recently for a faulty TPMS sensor. The service department in my local dealership told me that it was all very straightforward getting the repair authorised. I phoned up Warranty Admin Services afterwards to check how I claimed back the cost of the work and a very helpful person told me where to email the receipt etc. My email was responded to very quickly and I now await the refund from Hendy themselves.
I am very happy with the service provided so far.

Excellent service given to negotiate a query with the car firm after requiring repair work on my car. This resulted in money refunded after a down payment was requested for exploring the problem which should have been covered under the warranty.

Our warranty did not cover the unit which went wrong in our car leaving us facing a substantial bill , only 32 days after buying a second hand Astra . This was something which could not have been forseen and rather stressful ,
Fortunately, Tara from WAS quickly and without being prompted negotiated a goodwill payment from the dealership which covered 80% of the bill .

Very warm and dedicated approach! Amazing
We’ve been facing a huge bill from BMW to get my car fixed. It was extremely stressful experience to say least… all until I phoned and spoke to Tara! What an amazing lady she is. She helped me to relax and explained that we will get reimbursed in full as all was authorised. After talking to her I stressed no more and indeed we received all amount we paid first back into our account! Highly recommended!

Thanks to Tara and Bryan for helping me with my claim. They have gone the extra mile and managed to sort out my hefty Bill for the cost of parts replacement while the level of my warranty doesn't cover it.

Even though the issue was not covered under the warranty they told me this should have not come the way it did and told me to send them the receipt for the work done and they would talk to the dealer and try get me refunded which they did fast and promptly also.
