We ordered products from the Company as they were very competitively priced. The ordering process and payment were extremely easy, and setting up a business account for our charity was beyond simple.
We had issues with the courier delivery, but the customer service team dealy with the issue swiftly, professionally, and with compassion.
Customer services rarely get the recognition they deserve, especially when they are dealing with factors beyond thier immediate control.
However, Washroom Hub customer services acted promptly, and the delivery feom the couriers was resolved instantly.

The free next day shipping and well packed products.

Product delivery was 2 days late despite getting a set time and day for delivery. No explanation has been provided by the courier who have directed me back to the seller. No response to email and then I get a request for a review.
As significant business losses were incurred due to late delivery, I will not be using this supplier in the future on this or any other project and I would highly advise others think carefully before purchasing with them.
I understand a supplier using a courier causes a problem but it’s easy to solve, use better, reliable couriers as opposed to the cheapest option possible.

I have to be honest I was very sceptic about making a purchase and using this product. How wrong was I to think so, this product is absolutely amazing. My driveway and patio looks 100% brand spanking new you would think it had just been laid. The cobble driveway was grey and lack lustre, the patio area was green, dirty, covered in algae and black spot. I applied the Jarder Indian Sandstone cleaner as per the instructions. Left it overnight then gave it a gentle power wash, I mean gentle and perfection.
I am thrilled and would highly recommend this product. I will definitely use it next time instead of spending laborious hours of high pressure washing and frankly being disappointed with the result. Jarder is a game changer…
