The website has a large range of items to chose from which meant I was able to find sanitary bins that were just the right size. I was able to pick up everything I needed in once place and it was delivered quickly which was a bonus as the prices were very keen.

I would definitely use the site again and would recommend Washroom Hub to other.

Would have given five stars but for the fact that the expanding fixing bolt supplied comes with a hex bolt head.
The design of the unit does not allow sufficient space to be able to get a socket over the bolt head. You have to use a very large flathead screwdriver.
The recess needs to be enlarged to allow the socket to fit around the hex head or supply self drilling/tapping Torx head masonry anchors as an alternative. No issue with socket heads then.

Other than that, it’s a great product.

To be honest the delivery company fail 100%, the result it’s that we will not buy again.

PS: Who hired that company it’s to blame on same way. It’s a 2 star company for a reason.

Having a plumbing company and trying to get the materials on time can be a nightmare but yet again Washroom Hub plays a blinder "Thankyou"

Second time we have used the service and spot on again. We had a little hiccup with the client who received 1 x box so assumed 1 x item, but when asked to check confirmed there were 2 as ordered.

We ordered products from the Company as they were very competitively priced. The ordering process and payment were extremely easy, and setting up a business account for our charity was beyond simple.
We had issues with the courier delivery, but the customer service team dealy with the issue swiftly, professionally, and with compassion.
Customer services rarely get the recognition they deserve, especially when they are dealing with factors beyond thier immediate control.
However, Washroom Hub customer services acted promptly, and the delivery feom the couriers was resolved instantly.
