Very convenient washing service. Waiting time is never too long, despite many clients. Modern equipment. Value for money. However, basic wash will leave the car a bit dirty, one needs to pay a bit more for a descent result.

This is the worse car wash ever 1st time I ever washed my car my sode views mirrors were both damaged 1 completely ripped of I made a claim I got a pathetic reply that I should put my mirrors inwards how are they supposed to be cleaned was my question no response after I then washed my car on another occasion my windwiper was completely damaged the customer service is dreadful I got stuck in the carwash I'm still traumatised please do not use this company there customer service is the worst along with their carwashes are extremely dangerous stay away from this company please damaged my bran new car

If you have already submitted a claim and have received a ruling that you are not satisfied with, you have several options to proceed with the case in one of the following ways:
- You can ask your own insurance company to handle the claim and ask them for a second opinion. Possibly, let them start a recourse case against our insurance company. This is also, in larger cases, suggested in the response that our partner sends.
- If you are a member, you can also contact FDM.

Pulled of my car trim strips
Hi There,
I washed my car mercedez benz, it stripped off my trim strips, I belive they have very stong brush mechanism due to that sometimes it damages your car, but on their website they clearly mentioned coupled of things they dont compensate, one of them is trim strips. Complaining and waiting for compensations is waste of time, but I wanted to share my experience with others so that they have save their cars.

Waste of money
I took 2 of my cars through this car wash for around 13 euros per car. The only thing this wash did was to push the dirt around. So in my opinion complete waste of money. The funny thing is they are willing to wash it better for 25dkr and even dry it for additional 25dkr go figure how that works. LOL

When you wash your car at Wash World, it is certainly not meant to simply push the dirt around. So that either means you have had a very dirty car and then purchased a wash that was not fit for the task, or that there has been an error with the wash.
We would appreciate it if you would contact us on our website regarding the wash. Please attatch photos of the car after the wash, so we can more accurately determine what has gone wrong with the wash.

The best is I can wash my car when ever I want. It’s comfortable. One thing you should change. Too much detergent is still on the car after wash.

WashWorld In Ballerup is an excellent place to get the car washed. I have a great experience with the monthly Premium Plus subscription. The car registration is automatically recognised and the car gets a nice cleaning. I am quite happy.

2 of 3 wash tunnels constantly out of service
2 out of 3 wash tunnels are out of service most of the time resulting in long lines and unacceptable waiting time. This has been going on for almost half a year without any improvement.
So I’ve cancelled my subscription. Should have done it a long time ago.

We are sorry that this is the impression you have of the location. When I look at the log of the location, I can see that there definitely have not been 2-3 wash halls out of order constantly, the past half year. If that was the case, there would be no profit in keeping the location open.
We always do our best to make sure the wash halls are working as intended, and our technician and sanitary team work tirelessly to ensure that this happens. With technology however, acute issues may appear but we try to make sure that our technicians are sent out to the halls as soon as possible, if there is an issue.

Taking money for stinky water
Hi, i try to wash my car they use stinky water no soupe also they steal 150dkk for 4min. This is one of worst washing station i needed to pay again for washing. Best think they just close

Will not recommend! It will give your car scratches and it doesn’t dry properly. You have to clean the car after by yourself.

The worst place to wash the car...they charged me 2x120 DKK either way it is written that self-wash cost 5.95 DKK a minute and I washed the car for 5 min max...the water stinks so will you car after wash. I wouldn t anybody recommend to wash the car as it is more dirty and stinky after the wash.

When you use the self wash machine, it reserves 120 kr each time you put the card on the terminal. It is NETS or the bank that ensures that the card has enough coverage for the maximum amount the machine can withdraw, and this is common practice for many count-up products.
The 120 kr is just a reservation and is usually released withon 3-5 business days.
If you experience any smelly water, I will advice you to contact us via the our FAQ where you can write us specifically about the Self Wash (Vask Selv).

If you believe that your car has been damaged in one of our wash halls, you need to make a damage claim through our website. Go to washworld.dk and then click "Hjælp". Click "Vaskehal og reklamation" and then "Skadesanmeldelse". Then you can fill out a damage claim, that goes directly to the insurance company.

Heldigvis kan du stadigvæk vaske frit og kvit på dit medlemskab ved manuel indtastning af nummerplade på vores terminaler.
