Booked Waste King for some domestic rubbish removal. The online booking system is easy to use and the guys contacted me on my mobile 15 minutes before they arrived.

Very friendly service!

This is about the third time I have used Waste King and I’d recommend them to anyone.

The two stars are for the guys who turned up to remove the waste, who were not from Waste King, but a subcontractor. They were good guys. Waste King themselves are a disgrace and their customer service is virtually non-existent. Look for furniture removal on the web and they will instantly pop up saying they service your town - they don't without charging a premium. I think they only really service places within 250 yards of their front door. And the prices are outrageous, all worked out by how many washing machines your load equates to! Barmy or what? I didn't want to get rid of a washing machine. But by their own calculations, it was going to cost around £800, whereas I figured it should be half of that. They are supposed to reimburse if this is the case when they turn up. Of course, they never turn up, someone else does. And that 'someone else' said to me, "Is this all you've got?" Naturally, I never heard from Waste King again ... and they shall never hear from me again. I can't believe companies like this have the nerve to ask for reviews!

Two men and two vans turned up at 7.30am. My only criticism would be they didn't ring the evening before to tell me a time but did ring before they arrived. An hour later the furniture was gone. They photographed everything as they went round. A great job done quickly and efficiently.

Delivered on time, took away ontime. No hassles. Deffo use again.

I hired a man & van collection, they arrived as arranged and removed all the waste. Straightforward to arrange.

Easy to book online 👍. Turned up nice and early and clean. Collected on day 5 as expected, first collection of the day which was great. I was very happy with the skip and the service I got when ordering the skip. Value for money and a great price. I would definitely recommend waste king skips to anyone.

Nice fellas turned up as arranged. They were capable and efficient, making short work of the job. They also wished me well for the future, which was lovely.

I booked a skip online. The online booking allows you to book every day, except for a Sunday. I got a message two days before my delivery date that they do not do Saturday deliveries. It meant that I had to liase with the delivery driver as to where to leave the skip in my absence. Otherwise, the staff were helpful, prompt, professional and were good enough to take the skip when it had been overloaded by a random fly tipper.

Absolute shocking, wasn’t told mattresses weren’t allowed, the company they used Exeter based well known skip company own website state they take mattresses. Won’t be using them again

Update, they now want £54 for not taking the mattress, if I could only put pictures on here I’d share how it was left
