I dealt with Anita, Account Manager and I couldn't fault the service I received from her. She pointed me in the right direction to get exactly the right Waste King service I needed.

Brilliant quick and easy

From the outset, the courteous and professional telephone assistance was a breath of fresh air. I had rung up looking for an immediate service due to having an unexpected day off work. In particular, a gentleman by the name of Dean, arrived at my house to clear a huge amount of debri . His work ethic was absolutely first class, clearing up every last piece until all was gone. Polite and respectful, he turned an expensive job into a real value for money experience. I would recommend without any doubt.

Tom was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. He worked above and beyond in difficult heat to get the job done. Well done !

What a shambles.

I booked a skip to be delivered for a Friday. I was then told after I booked that the next available slot was a Monday. Fine, I thought.

Monday comes and I’m home waiting for the skip (having lost time over the weekend to doing the work I wanted to do). No skip by 13:00, no indication of when it’s coming (giving delivery windows is too difficult apparently).

I ring customer services and ask what’s happening and I’m told it’ll be delivered within the hour.

I ring three hours later and I’m told that the driver has run out of driving hours (‘but nobody told us’) and it’ll be coming first thing tomorrow.

How can a company exist when staff are just calling it quits half way through the day and not telling the people that need to know?!

I can’t believe something so basic has been made so difficult. I want an empty metal container to put junk into. Then I want someone to come and take away the formerly empty container.

Hopeful to see a big yellow empty receptacle tomorrow. But then again maybe not.

Very efficient, despite it being short notice, skip was here bright and early for the works to start. Collection was supposed to be 5 days but they collected within a few hours of calling. Excellent service all round.
