My experience with Watches of Mayfair has been absolutely flawless from start to finish. I found a very rare, New Old Stock Grand Seiko limited edition in their inventory and contacted them directly. The purchasing process was incredibly smooth, and the communication was excellent.

When the watch arrived in Spain, the timepiece itself was in perfect condition. However, I noticed it was missing the original special edition inner cushion and a small half-link for the bracelet. I reached out to their team (specifically Matt), and their response was simply world-class.

Without any hesitation or excuses, they contacted their suppliers, sourced the exact original missing parts, and shipped them internationally to me, fully covering the shipping and import/customs fees themselves.

It is easy to be a good dealer when a transaction goes perfectly, but how a company handles and resolves minor issues is what defines their true quality. Watches of Mayfair proved they are a top-tier luxury business that truly cares about their customers. 10/10, I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for future purchases. Fortunately, the London store offers excellent customer service. The store manager was very helpful. I was able to discuss all the details in person before purchasing online. The watch was delivered to the store within a week, and I was able to collect it. I highly recommend Watches of Mayfair and their London store.
