Had a fantastic experience with Matt and Watches Of Mayfair.
I decided as a birthday treat to purchase a nice watch and hopefully the start of a small collection. Decided on a Omega Speedy Professional; whilst researching I came across WOM who were very competitive on price, registered online for an extra discount and a day or so later I was contacted by Matt via WhatsApp. Matt was very helpful even over the weekend answering my queries.
After reading the reviews and doing some research I decided to place an order , my watch was delivered on my day of choice in excellent condition.
I will return to WOM without hesitation for my next purchase. Totally professional and trustworthy company.

My experience with watches of Mayfair has been nothing but exceptional. Matthew at Watches Of Mayfair provided me with excellent customer service. I have never experienced such care and attention paid by Matthew whilst I was looking for a new watch. He took care of every query I had and obtained the information I needed, in a timely manner; enabling me to purchase a watch I would love. He even managed to sort out the watch purchase for me which I was having trouble with on the website. When my watch arrived he called me to inform me that my beautiful watch had arrived and was now prepping for it to be shipped to my home address if that’s what I would still like. My watch arrived in excellent brand new with all documents stamped/signed, and love my new watch. I will definitely be returning to Watches of Mayfair to make my next watch purchase.

Visited store, then emailed specific watch I wanted (Tudor). They later quoted a price and said they can have it in 1-2 weeks. Paid full amount and then they became silent! I always had to chase them on updates never did they keep me informed. Matthew said he can't chase his supplier when they will receive it. 8 weeks later I was fed up of waiting for watch and stringing me along. Finally got a refund. Matthew Brown does not communicate well and full of lies. Stay away!

I was looking for a luxury watch as a present to myself. I already had one Taghuer watch & quite fancied another. Having looked on the manufacturer and quite a few jewellers websites i stumbled across Watches Of Mayfair. Hadn't heard of them. Found a Tag Aquaracer 300 at over £500 cheaper than other reputable jewellers. At first I thought maybe they weren't legit? I read the reviews and all were highly complimentary.
I ordered my watch on Sunday afternoon. Paid them on Monday via BACS....and hey presto Tuesday afternoon i had it!! Beautiful watch.
I emailed Emma with a few questions regarding my purchase and found her to be thoroughly knowledgeable and helpful.
Plus on top of that I received discount for being a new customer.
I have no hesitation in recommending Watches Of Mayfair and it's helpful staff.

Communication was great throughout the ordering process. The wait was shorter than I had expected, so I managed to get the watch quicker.

After being totally underwhelmed by the local Belfast AD regarding an IWC watch I reached out to Mathew at Watches of Mayfair. What a great service and price he provided me with . I placed the order with him after agreeing a price and sent over a 30% deposit. The watch was to be 2/3 weeks delivery but it came in 7 days . Couldn’t be happier with it . I’ll be using Watches of Mayfair again . I can recommend.
