Worst experience I have ever had with a company. I sent them my watch to sell over three months ago with their note that 'everything will be arranged; I had to start paying for all kinds of insurances, and the communication was so wrong! I told them to return my watch, which should have cost 30 euros, but then they sent me an invoice for 100 euros. I would not recommend people to sell your watch through this company.

Sold my Omega Speedmaster. All went well, but took a bit longer to sell than I'd hoped. That said I got more for the watch than I expected so I'm not complaining. Once the sale was completed the funds were transferred within 24 hours. I'd definitely use this service again and would also recommend them to anyone.

I recently bought a watch (a Breitling) from watchmaster and they were a pleasure to deal with. I dealt primarily with Jayden (hope I spelled that right) and he was exemplary in his updates as Breitling the company do take a few months to prepare your watch, I would highly recommend Watchmaster to anyone who is thinking of buying a watch you won’t be disappointed with Watchmaster they are a class act.

I have always wanted an Omega constellation diamond trim watch. Saw one on Watchmaster and hinted to my hubby I’d love it for my 60th . It was 7yrs old but had original papers & box, he was pensive to be honest abt spending so much £ online and had a few concerns. HOWEVER…. The watch is everything I wanted, just beautiful. The service from this website was brilliant, I even rang them up to discuss ( and check they where real !) . They also rang us to double check the measurements for bracelet . The watch left on the day they said it would ( as it was being processed in their workshop) and was delivered the next day. I honestly can’t fault them or my beautiful new watch !!
I’ve had it 3 wks , it’s keeping time upto now, no issues. I’m a very luck lady to have a watch I’ve wanted for over 10yrs !

Absolutely shocking experience, no communication from watch master after they get you to sign the agreement they are clearly not interested.
After having my watch for nearly 7 months you would expect some interest or even enquiries but absolutely nothing!! When contacting Jason Silvia he replied in a very rude and blunt manner that they could reduce the price as because of the market they don’t see a potential sale and to just answer Yes or No !
Nothing like original phone call when you actually get to speak to someone and they tell you that they don’t have another model like yours and fill you with the utmost confidence that they are the best company to deal with ,no truth in that at all ! They give you a minimum sales price on the contract but then ask you to reduce the price because they can’t sell it ,I wonder if they will reduce their fees ? Highly unlikely!
I do have the potential to expose this company for what they do and intend to do so .

To be honest, I was nervous in the beginning, but my trust in Watchmaster truly paid off £££. This is the definition of an "end-to-end" service. With frequent communication, you know what the progress is when your watch goes from being picked up from your home to being advertised on the web and then sold to a buyer. The transfer of sale money is made promptly, and I would definitely recommend Watchmaster to a friend or family member.

Not bad overall (I was purchasing a watch). Ultimately the watch does arrive very well boxed however I wasn't entirely convinced by the 10 working days it takes to receive the watch - and it appears they only check the watch once sold (there was a query on the originality of the dial over the ten days). Had to chase up a couple of times - updates are lacking - you'll also find the app-based video verification process surreal!

Having never used Watchmaster before, I was a little apprehensive at the start. But by the end of the process, I was more than happy and would defo recommend. I sold my tag heuer calibre 6 small seconds, with ivory dial and brown crocodile strap.

Clear and transparent communication, simple sell process from shipping my watch back, to the release of funds. I achieved the sale price agreed and looking elsewhere (eBay) I achieved about market average for that particular model.

I would definitely recommend and will use again.

This is the second time I have used this service to sell a luxury watch and I have to say that the service has been brilliant - I was a little sceptical, even concerned, but I need not have been. The process end to end was seamless. The sales team were very helpful and responsive to queries and issues - they kept me actively informed during the whole process.
