I recently purchased two Hamilton Murph watches from WATCHO Jewellers and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this team.

I was looking to purchase the Hamilton…
I was looking to purchase the Hamilton Murph 38mm on bracelet and had been comparing prices across a couple of different sites, including Watcho. One of the other retailers was slightly cheaper, so I reached out to Watcho’s customer service to see if there was anything they could do.
I spoke with Zoha from the customer service team, who was absolutely lovely. She managed to bring the price as close as possible to the competitor while keeping their existing 15% discount in place. On top of that, Watcho also included a £20 store credit, a free bracelet adjustment, and an additional year of warranty which the other retailer didn’t offer.
The level of customer care and attention really stood out. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Thanks to their help I was able to finally get my dream watch.
I can’t recommend Watcho enough for their proficiency, professionalism, and quality of customer care. A fantastic experience from start to finish.
