Old wipes were brilliant, new wipes terrible!!
These wipes used to be the best, now they have changed them they stick together so you end up using half the pack each time. The wipes are smaller, drier and are harder to use. I opened a new pack today which were actually the old stock and the difference is remarkable. The older version were far superior and I will be shopping around for something better as they are not fit for the purpose.

Where is the water?!
I have used WaterWipes on my daughter since birth for 2 years. They WERE a great product. The new WaterWipes are so disappointing. They are so much dryer than the old ones. I found myself rubbing my daughter’s skin hard to try and remove the mess. I get the environmental piece, but why is there less water in the wipe?! I now have to find a new brand.

Absolutely a waste of money!
Absolutely a waste of money!
These new wipes are a big NO NO firstly they are non way as watery as the original ones and you try to take on wipe out and a handful come out. I had to stop my Amazon subscribe and save then went on eBay to find the old ones and found someone selling what looked like the old ones but received the nee ones today which I will return!
Time to find new wipes!
Just to echo the voices of the below
Just to echo the voices of the below! As it’s important for you to know. The quality of your old product was the reason people flocked to your brand and paid a premium. I have a 18 pack and I am not sure they will get used.
We recently used another brand that was half the price and the exact same quality and 100% biodegradable whilst away at my parents. I don’t see a reason to use your brand anymore.
Please do keep me informed should your old product return!

ABSOLUTE NO TO THE NEW WIPES
I have been using water wipes since the birth of my son who is now 2 years old and it was amazing so why change it?
The new biogradable wipes are absolutely horrid, So glad I only got the small pack, I certainly would not be using them again.

New wipes are terrible
I have been using water wipes for the past 4 years with my two children.
It is commendable that they are now fully biodegradable, but they are not fit for purpose.
Not enough water content. I am now moving poo around my little boys bum like a Squeegee.
We buy in bulk and have 8 packs left that I would really like return.

New water wipes are absolutely dreadful and not fit for purpose.
They tear easily and have a very little water content. I am nearly pulling the bottoms off my boys at nappy changes to get them fully cleaned and using far more wipes 😕 I have twin boys and swore by your old version of wipes. I didn't mind paying that bit extra also. Will most definitely have to switch to competitor as prices of your new wipes have not changed but quality of wipes completely have.
Super disappointed

Far from a company to admire
Far from a company to admire, these people are polluting us with single-use plastic and greenhouse gases, with a product that is not necessary.
The new 'biodegradable' wipes are made from trees that require massive amounts of water and energy, generating huge volumes of greenhouse gas.
According to the views on this site, the new wipes are not up to the job. There are other brands that are functional, but don't cost the Earth.

Great before - now terrible
I used to love these. But the new ones as mentioned by others below are just pure horrible.
It’s good that they are biodegradable but what is the point if they don’t do the job and tear easily, have less water and are not as smooth anymore
There are other brands which are 100% biodegradable and still good quality

I wouldn’t even score 1 star if I could. I’ve used waterwipes for nearly a year now they have changed the package and the whole style of wipe. I may aswell pay £1 for a pack of huggies they rip so easy less water in them. Will be hunting down all the old brand and will have to try and find a new brand as good as the old wipes were. Awful change!!!!

Poor Quality
Hi all,
The new waterwipes is low quality, sticky and its tears. Its now has all the negative attributes that made me drop all its competitors.
I prefer increase in price than reduction in quality biodegradable or not.

The new water wipes are dreadful
The new water wipes are dreadful, I suffer from an incredibly dry and sensitive skin condition, for which I’ve only been able to use water wipes on my face for many years. Now they have changed them, the new texture of the wipe feels terrible on my skin and there is nowhere near enough water content in them, as previously. Always been an avid recommender of this brand to friends with new borns etc. But sadly, this will no longer be the case and I have a box of them :( please bring back the others.

No to the new wipes
Have used many of the old style wipes and love the level of protection and natural products this provides. However the new biodegradable wipes are rubbish. They are horribly thin and I now struggle to get out of the packet one handed. Once the wipe is free I am having to use twice if not three times as many as they do not seem to work as well as other wipes. More often than not my finger has gone through the wipe as the quality is poor. Nappy time use to be very smooth and fuss free. No babies enjoy being nappy free for to long or have to be wiped over again, this causes complete stress to my newborn and I am left in a mess afterwards.
The old wipes seriously need bringing back or these new biodegradable ones need to be recalled as they are not fit for purpose currently.

Don't bother
There was absolutely nothing wrong with wipes before only that they were not biodegradable. Now they're useless and I have 11 packets that are useless! My daughter has eczema and now cannot use these on her as they flare her up. The old ones worked perfectly! Why fix something if it wasn't broken to begin with! Argh!

Those New Look Waterwipes are awful
Those New Look Waterwipes are awful. I used to buy, for 2 years and half now, only Water Wipes for my baby. Now, since they got the new look, the wipes are awful, they don't have the same amount of water anymore, they are not strong like the ones before, they broke instantly, like the ones from Huggies, the package is way smaller than the other one . And we pay 2,97£ per pack.

Best wipes in the world! I started using WaterWipes six months ago and I am impressed with how good they are. With only two ingredients they are great for sensitive skin.

They don’t work in a wiper warmer and when I go to grab next wipe I have to dig into the package because they don’t come apart and that’s in the warmer and without the warmer
