Invited to comment on Wealthify. Well the performance has been and continues to be awful compared to other investments, In the last 3 months despite all the other stocks and shares investments I hold making considerable money Wealthify have lost money, this reflects the dismal performance over a near 5 year period. I have their Adventurous portfolio, which is supposed to be their best performing ISA profile btw, The performance chart on their *how we invest* does not reflect the actual reality, the results have been much poorer. Every other investment i hold has outperformed them by on average 25%. None have done worse.
Customer service has been second to none. A big thank you to Kara, who went above and beyond to ensure a Child Trust Fund (CTF) transfer was completed. She proactively followed up with the previous provider to ensure the funds were transferred and kept me informed throughout the process until the matter was fully resolved.
Overall, my experience with Wealthily has been 100% positive. Staff are easy to reach, friendly, and professional, and customer calls are always answered promptly. The app is straightforward and intuitive, and any queries sent via the app are responded to quickly - generally by the same person (Kara in this case) which provides great consistency.
Highly recommend!

The worst thing about Wealthify is the 'Verify You Are Human' at the log-in. With my slow internet access, this causes a lot of buffering. I have several other accounts with well-known financial companies but they use an access code sent by text or digits from a secret number to verify my identity. Asking investors to tick the 'Human' box at Wealthify's log-in seems amateur. In financial returns, I'm happy with my SIPP (self-invested personal pension) but a different company has beaten Wealthify by 2.76% over 5 years. That other company is in the vanguard of investment platforms!

On the 31st of October 2025 after a long struggle I managed to recieve official confirmation of my account closure.
I had initialy tried to use their forms which are difficult. But found information on their site that a written request is enough to close your account.
The information that Wealthify has on its site states that your closing balance will be returned within 10-20 working days. I am 57 working days into my wait and after numerous requests have now made a formal complaint. This is the second formal comlaint that I have had to raise out of three drawdown attempts.
What is worse is that today I received an email ignoring my account closure and asking for more forms.
It has been a difficult and stresfull time trying to close my account and get the balance returned.
It is still ongoing and I will keep you informed of my situation.
