Great experience with Wealthify. The web page was informative, and so good to be able to speak to an advisor if needed, or use the live chat so answers can be referred to later, if need be. Easy to invest, easy to withdraw
I've already left one positive review regarding ease of use and growth performance of my stocks and shares Isa. Sometimes we need to withdraw money and I'd like to report my positive experience. Communication was excellent and the time taken to sell the investments and transfer the funds was only 7 days. I will definitely be transferring another cash Isa into this stocks and shares Isa.

Fast and efficient staff
Just spoke with Penelope(Penny) as i needed to amend my bank details and set up a new direct debit, she talked me through the process quickly and efficiently and was all sorted in 5 minutes.

I was struggling to set up the…verification
I was struggling to set up a complication and error on the verification process for my Wealthify account so I telephoned the helpline where Penelope helped me out even though it took around 20 minutes after closing time! She was helpful, friendly and funny and provided excellent customer service!

I have been investing in a small pension with Wealthify over the past few years and have seen a good return on my investment. I find my account clear and easy to track the progress. Recently I had an issue down to my bank blocking transfers and the Wealthify team helped resolve it quickly. Their customer service team is always available to speak to in person with no long wait times. Penelope was especially helpful! Thank you to all.
