If something is not working on the…

If something is not working on the website, and you call. Customer Service will just put you on hold until you give up. Over 20 minutes for a call back and then put on hold... gave up... soon to be switching.. trading platforms.

If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would. I barely set my account up when I started getting notifications someone in another state was attempting access. So I deleted my account. Or I thought I did. Months later I still receive emails that my account - that shouldn’t exist- is locked out due to failed password attempts. Support has not been helpful at all and they refuse to delete my data and fully delete the account on their end. I’m glad I didn’t link anything more serious like a bank account since that would have been compromised as well.

I hate a dishonest broker

I reached out to 𝗮𝗺B𝗹𝗹𝗽, and their RESPONSE was incredibly QUICK and efficient. They paid attention to my concerns, guided me THOROUGHLY, and provided SOLUTIONS without delay. The STAFF was both friendly and informed. Truly an impressive level of CUSTOMER support!

When I started using Webull

When I started using Webull, I noticed a lot of problems. First off, it only lets you buy stocks during certain times, and the trading hour times don't make any sense at all. Second, it is very difficult to sell stocks you bought because it will automatically cancel your sales for no reason. Third, it is extremely difficult to transfer money from Webull to your bank account because there are always errors and ridiculously long loading times. Do not use Webull because it is a terrible stock website and absolutely not worth signing up for.

Great platform with fast withdrawals

I'm not sure why there is review bombing on here, Webull is great. I get my withdrawals when I request them, I find fills to be good, they have an extremely large selection of stocks, and 24 hour tracking is really great. They have a pretty good AI that sums up news and earnings reports, everything is beginner friendly, but also customizable to the pros.
I just wish the mobile application was as good as the desktop application. I could never find how to customize it so that the default order process is the way I want. On desktop, it auto goes to market order for my options, but mobile will always start on limit.

The review bomb is also crazy, it's mostly just non-US customers angry, but just use a different platform meant for your country. I've seen other trading platforms not be allowed in the US and they don't get 1 stars from the US, we just find a different platform.

Worst for Futures;crazy Slippage!!!

I have used Webull for both Options and Futures. Now, when it comes to Futures, wow...it is the worst platform, the slippage is so crazy!! You execute your orders and by the time the order goes through you are down several dollars!!!! ...It is not for Futures, Options is ok...otherwise it's a good platform, and many reviews down here seem to be scams themselves

Worthless for non-US clients

All pros are US-only. UK customers get no access to penny stocks, pink slips, or anything else someone might actually use Webull for. They don’t say this up-front, either. They don’t even grey out the trading option or explain in-app. You only figure out you get no access if you actually phone customer service.

The website is very difficult to…

The website is very difficult to navigate and apparently they do not listen to the customers and I cannot recommend Webull . It is a pain to use. I also use Schwab, Fidelity, Robinhood and the process is easy & smooth.

Beware of supposed WhatsApp investment scams

I don’t think Webull are at fault here, but I had an extremely bad experience purchasing some shares with a company called Ostin Technologies. Their share price was climbing slowly last week, then on Thursday night 26th June, without my knowledge the share price plummeted to nearly zero. I lost all of my savings. I’m not blaming Webull so much as the WhatsApp group led by some horrible bloke called Mr Blagdon who I believe was a part of an elaborate scam

Their customer service is awful and…

Their customer service is awful and their platform is very glitchy. Let them know i wasn't happy that they didn't have any safe guards for buying 0dte options with no remaining day trades. Was told i should have known. The problem isn't the knowledge it was the fact that the number of day trades isn't represented on the trading screen and people can be mistaken on day count. This week had a holiday that through off the day count and i wound up placing a 200 dollar trade thinking i would have 3 day trades today. Garabage customer service.

Terrible Customer Service and Unexpected Charges

I’m extremely disappointed with Webull.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible — unhelpful, cold, and borderline rude. I reached out multiple times with a simple question, only to be met with dismissive replies and sarcastic tone from their reps. They show no empathy, no willingness to help, and act like you’re bothering them by asking for support.

On top of that, I was hit with a sudden margin call and fees that I was never clearly informed about. When I tried to ask for clarification, instead of explaining, they blamed me and offered zero solutions.

I’ve used other trading platforms, and Webull is by far the worst experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for a platform that respects its users and provides real support — look elsewhere.

DON’T FALL FOR THE YOU TUBE TASK BS

Be very very careful! I was contacted by a lady named Rose about this wonderful opportunity that could be mine, if I was interested so I said, tell me more and she says I will have Emma contact you to give you further details and this is all done through Telegram by the way. So Emma contacts me through telegram and says wonderful news. I hear you’re interested in making some money and I said OK what do I have to do. She explained to me that it’s called tasks I will be performing tasks and getting paid $10 per task. All I have to do is subscribe to various YouTube channels and the tasks are posted up on another VIP account on telegram. So the way it works. Is you go to their VIP Telegram account and they post up these tasks every 20 minutes, which entails subscribing to YouTube channels. Then you take a screenshot of the channel I subscribed to as proof that I subscribed to the channel and send it to receptionist Emma and she keeps track of money owed to me. Now there are also VIP tasks available you send in $100 and in 20 minutes they send you back 130+30 for the task if you send in $5000 they’ll send you back 6500 in 20 minutes plus $30 for the task because it’s VIP, so I know I’ve been scammed for sure. Because I did one VIP transaction. I think it was for $50 and they sent me back $65 real quick, so I made $15 bucks real quick and I thought wow that was cool, so then I sent $100 in and then they convince me to do a double VIP task so I had to complete the second part of the task in order to withdraw funds and that one happened to be for $300, so I’m promised to get $360 back +30. So then I speak with Thomas because he’s supposed to be my teacher that’s what they called him a teacher and I told Thomas I’ve already done both VIP task the hundred dollar task the $300 task plus I’ve already done about 200 “free tasks” on YouTube task at $10 each. so that’s $2000 that my receptionist Emma has recorded for me and Thomas my teacher has $400 of my cash. OK now I’m trying to cash out and Thomas comes up with another story that something went wrong and my credit with Webull went from 100 to 90 so in order to bring it back up to 100 I have to send $3500 in that way my credit with webull Will go back up to 100 and then I’m gonna be able to withdraw over $13,000. I have not sent the $3500 and I’m not going to send it because I lost 1500 300 and 1 hundred and that is my actual cash! I’ll never see that money either. I hope whoever reads this listens to me don’t fall for the you tube task scam. I’m disabled and needed the monies I had for my co pay for surgery April 15th. I don’t know what I’m gonna do. I hope Karma gets them.
