I am currently on hold at 37 minutes. Unacceptable. Also, It takes too long for the deposits to post and clear the process. Any stock that dips below 1 dollar has to be purchased in 100 lots. This makes no sense since some of these stocks were trading at 10, 20 , or 30 dollars at one point. Appears now there is a lag in the time it takes funds to settle . That is what I am on hold about. This platform is trending downwards

Total scam they contact you on telegram saying you can make lots of money watching YouTube. You watch one then tell you they can only pay you in crypto and will not pay you any other way. Total scam

This feels like a scam to me. Nerd Wallet recommends this firm. In the Description , they claim 24 hours of customer service, that’s a lie. I tried creating an account today. It was not straightforward. Every task required another task which brought me back in a loop, over and over again. So I tried to get customer support, HA! Good luck with that. This brought me to a bot to converse with. Ask a question and be ready to wait, because help is not coming. After over an hour, I figured out how to open the account. No I wanted to transfer a stock. Not easy. Nearly another hour, I couldn’t figure out how to do that, I’m mad by now. I finally figured out how to get the phone number, called it. Said they’re closed and recommended calling tomorrow. I never finished what I had hoped I could. I worry this place is a scam. I try getting the money back. Not possible. It’s a we-bull-xxit scam.

Low brokerage is great, as are many of the features of the website trading platform. However, not allowing portfolio transfer out, not being able to trade fractional shares on a desktop, and overly strict margin requirements set them at a disadvantage to their competitors.

Scammers! They have a complicated scam set up where 1st someone will contact u on Telegram and say u can earn money reviewing youtube sites. They have various chat bots to manipulate u. they will actually send u a little bit of cypto for doing a trial. then when u continue, they say u can earn more for each review if u do an investment, where u get ur crypto back after depositing it on their website. when u do it, they say u just need to complete 1 more. Then u never get ur money back.

Amazing how manipulative they are with a bunch of fake accounts and msgs in a group chat pretending to be other clients

Absolute scam!!! Don’t not use!
Says if you deposit and leave in for 180 days you gets a pay out left mine in for 180 days didn’t get a thing they are scammers it even stated the date and I have proof they then tried telling me I withdrew the money…..I proved I didn’t still didn’t care! They need shutting down!

I had an issue to solve, and I tried to get support first with Webull's support e-mail address. But the response I got said to contact support in the Webull app. Then, I opened a support ticket and tried to solve my issue in the app, but they didn't answer my question and told me to write an email to Webull's support e-mail. And they closed my support ticket even though they didn't answer and solve my issue.

If Webull's company c-level managers read this message, I'm trying to inform you that your representatives have not solved the customer's issues, just trying to looks working via closing the support tickets but not.

Don't take a look just at the statistics of the support, listen to the customer's voice if you want to know why you are not the winner in your competetion.

Many people have lost money with webull. They won’t let you withdraw you initial deposit.

Avoid them at all costs; they are not consistent in their services, and they will always want to lure you to add more funds and then disappoint you in the end. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

It could be a great broker as long as you don’t count on any of the promotions that they offer. They make them where most people will not get funded. They hide or change the stipulations constantly so if you’re considering it, do not do it for any promotions as you will not get them.

The conduct is just like many others, hidden fees, lot of promises but not much to show for it, hauling payments date. The performance has been disappointing. I won't recommend anymore. I do encourage option in display img. They pay out as expected. it's massive. No hassle.

Webull app does not tell you that it is going to charge you a withdrawal fee, when you use a debit card. I called customer service and they said it tells before you submit and so the next time I withdrew I looked for the fee, and there was no fee. It tells you after that it charged you. I called immediately after I found that I was charged and the representative said he would not cancel it for me. I don’t trust this app and I’m canceling it.

Webull is trash!!!! This Chinese app should be banned like TikTok. Stop loss order setups for options are garbage. Webull is extra slow on closing positions. The customer has not only MM's and shorts, Webull is a third opponent trying to take Retail's money!!!

What they don't tell you if you transfer money there is a 6 day wait to even get it withdrawn, if you buy stock and sell it, its another long period of wait to withdraw money. The platform is garbage and there are so many better options.

I made a RRSP account application a few days ago. Provided a valid Manitoba Driver's license. Have been busy notified that my "valid" Manitoba drivers license identification is "flagged" and can't be used to verify my identity! The RRSP account application has been DENIED. LOL! Treating investors like suspicious fraud criminals! Completely oppressive and secretive company. In less than 10 hours total I applied, was reviewed and approved for an RRSP account with Questrade by providing the EXACT same info! . Do not waste your time with this third-rate garbage Webullsh%$#T company. Not worth your wasted application time, frustration and dismay when there are so many other good faith investment options like Questrade who will respect your business treating you as a valued customer!

Simple communication about a potential dividend shortage. It's very difficult for me to find the app area to actually communicate with a real person. The Help Center is history and doesn't provide a window to respond to their comments at times or I have clicked into the wrong Help Center. Frustrating.
