I've been a Wee Box subscriber for more than two years. I absolutely LOVE receiving my box. Customer Servive has always been phenomenal by answering questions quickly and resolving the few problems I've had with shipping and delivery.

We traveled to Scotland on a Outlander themed coach tour almost 3 yrs ago and Iwanted to remind her of the fun times we had! Very happy with purchase! Well done Wee Box! Delighted my gift recipient!
Gave this as a gift. My friend called me so excited when it arrived! She loved the bag, the shortbread, the candle! The company was also great when I reached out to make sure the food item would be vegetarian. Will definitely gift this again (and maybe to myself)! :)

Loved our first Weebox!
Loved our first Weebox!! Only suggestion for improvement would be to have tracking numbers available when we log into our account so we can track our packages after they are shipped. I was able to get these numbers but only after sending multiple emails and DM’s.

Not received and no response from vendor
I ordered the January box. I have not yet received it. Looking at posts on FB, I saw that some people were getting tracking numbers. So I've sent them emails and FB messenger messages for the last week. I have not received any response.
Update: still no response, despite additional emails and FB messages sent.
I see on this page they have as part of the company info "Worldwide Tracked Delivery - backed by strong Scottish Customer Team" - unfortunately, I have yet to see either.

Good quality, poor communication at first, but has improved!
I ordered Weebox for my husband as a Christmas present. We've been charged for two but never received the December box, and I emailed the company to ask about tracking but never received a response. It's not clear to me if I ordered too late in the month to receive it or if it was just very, very delayed; I don't mind the delay (especially in these COVID times) if there's good communication about it. I'm not sure why my account says the December order was "COMPLETED" when we're still waiting to receive it. The January box arrived just in time last week, however, and it was great.
So...
PRO: The box itself is great when it arrives, and its contents are fun, good quality, nicely packaged, and it all seems to be worth the money.
CON: Poor communication regarding order fulfillment.
I hope this is just a one-off in terms of delivery/communication problems, but if it continues I don't think we'll keep the subscription for the full year.
UPDATE: I've since heard back, both here and via email. Very courteous, very helpful communication--the delay seems to be due to a lot of factors outside their control. Quite happy to continue with the subscription!

This was given as a gift to an employee. She was so thrilled and absolutely loves it! Lovely presentation, tastefully put together and the products are amazing!
