If you read all the other reviews and complaints they charge you for additional products that you didnt order. I ordered one knee brace and they charged me for 4 additional ones.
This place rips people off and should have zero stars.

These braces are absolutely useless, they are very poor quality, the Velcro is absolutely useless after a few uses it doesn’t stick anymore or keeps coming undone, they crease at the back of my knee and keep sliding down my leg, if you see them on tik toc you will always see messages are turned off so you can’t leave any comments stay well clear of this product

Found them online, attempted to order ONE knee brace. I clicked on ONE, next screen asked for name address phone email and CC info. DONE. No review screen, no screen showing number order, tax, shipping, etc. JUST DONE. Got a flash notice from CC company that I’d been charged $100.86 for six knee braces! OMG, I only have two knees. I immediately called telephone listed and advised of problem AND I emailed their customer service email address. Was advised next day that it was too late to adjust and I’d have to wait till item(s) received. When arrived 10 days later, I asked for return instruction and they emailed that they would refund 50% of money paid and I could keep items. Reluctantly, I agreed if they refunded 50%. I asked for confirmation of amount and date of credit. They replied 10 business days and $39.96. My calculator says that this is NOT 50%. I told them I don’t agree and I want full refund. Again, I ordered done, I was not given a chance to review order. It came from China and they are junk. No worth it.

Vile company scammers BEWARE!!!!

Like other reviewers, I found the website difficult. There was no opportunity to review and confirm the order or to delete items that had been added into the order.I found extra knee braces had been added. The package never arrived at the shipping address and there seems no way to trace it. This haas been an entirely unsatisfactory experience and I am out over $150 USD.

Tried to take multiple amounts from my account. Luckily my bank blocked it.
Tried to cancel after this because it felt dodgy. They refused to cancel my order order cost more than I agreed to pay on website. Customer service refused to answer why they tried to take unauthorised amounts from my bank account. They prey on people who are in pain/disabled disgusting.

Wellnee are scammers of the worst kind. I ordered their product at £14.99 and they charged me over £80 and doubled my order. I got almost half of this back after a series of e-mails but DO NOT trust them in any shape or form. They failed to provide an Invoice, failed to give delivery dates, failed to answer basic questions about their illegal sales techniques and failed to give me any form of customer satisfaction.

Wish I hade read reviews on Trust Pilot before I bought something online from this company. Basically the doubled my order and charged me two separate amounts on my credit card. Emailed them as soon as seen on my credit card transactions, they said nothing they can do as been dispatched. Complete scam to sell more as they hope you keep the over supplied goods. They do this all the time according to this review site. SHAME ON THEM. Now disputing charges with my Bank. Don’t buy from this company. If you have the same problem report asap to Bank and Internet Trading Standards. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

Dishonest scam taking advantage of people in pain. How do the people who end up with my, and if you make same mistake your, money live with themselves- they laugh all the way to the bank! They are not people with same value systems as their unfortunate victims. Do not be conned into trying to order this product- the website takes your order for one and charges you for multiple items that you have not ordered and then tells you it cannot refund as shipped. Paid by apple pay which means no safety net to check and confirm amount being taken. I tried to get refund within 3 minutes when realised it was a con but it is a waste of time. To add insult to fraud- no product ever arrived (text message from false mailing site about problems with address that you dare not open for fear of giving access to more false payments. Do not go near this product website.

Be Advised! Warning! The online sales system is straight up theft. I placed order for one brace, they loaded the order up with $54 additional items I didn't want! I immediatly cancelled the order, they emailed back asking me to confirm the cancellation, which I did, they later emailed me that it all shipped so too late to cancel. Do not do business with these thieves!!!!

Wellnee patches are worthless and offer no relief. I have been a medical provider for 47 yrs with knee pain. I tried their patches and found zero relief. I ordered their knee support and received a large number of both patches and braces! I had no relief as the support slipped off the knee and caused more issues than any support. So, I tried to return these items. I was stalked by multiple emails for unacceptable options. When I finally got the greenlight, they said that I was too late and that they wouldn't accept their unopened products back. The money is irrelevant. Do your homework and see the numbers of complaints on these products before ordering.

The product is good. BUY it ONLY in a brick and mortar store. The online sales checkout process, is purposely designed to repeat all the same experiences as described.
I threatened and pursued complaints to FTC, and other consumer protection agencies. I got a full refund in less than two weeks. Wellnee asked me to change my review. I modified it but I told them I would keep checking the TP reviews and other sites to see if they changed their tactics.
THEY DIDN'T! therefore I'm going to continue to warn as many as possible on every media source and word of mouth to my friends. I encourage you to do the same.

You don't get to confirm your cart when you are ordering is just one of the issues. Ended up double ordering by mistake because of a very badly designed website, that I'm sure is made that way. Tried to cancel order within minutes and by the time you confirm and double confirm the cancellation they inform you it is too late. What a scam. Do not use this company.

Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated!
I fell for the fake good reviews and purchased a set last week.
I tried but it kept on slipping away when I walked even one step.
Seems their return conditions fake and unethical.
WARNING : KEEP FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their claims are fake . The good reviews you read are definitely FAKE!!!

I had ordered one wellnee knee brace and the invoice said I ordered 1 + 6! I quickly contacted them to remove/credit me for the 6 braces since I did not order them. Secondly, the knee brace did not fit well and I am getting the round around in returning it for refund. I have never experienced such a 'verification' process. I don't think it is worth my time and effort to pursue this. Beware and stay away from this company.

I responded to a knee brace advert on Youtube. The Wellnee website changed my order from one to 3 items which I abandoned. Then I had another failed transaction followed by a sucessful transaction. Wellnee processed two transactions and promised to refund one. After a month this hasnt happened.

The product was not delivered and after 25 emails over 3 days it became apparent that the customer support had no intention of dealing with this issue. After insisting that I contact the courier personally, which I did, I presented them with evidence that the item hadn't been delivered. At this point they refused to engage sending an email that they had previously sent 2 days earlier. They also charged me for 2 items when I ordered 1.

I ordered 2 knee braces. Supposed to be 70% off, or US$45. Received notification from VISA within 20 minutes that there were 2 charges on my card, and totaling US$117. Then I received the email summarizing the order - they added 4 additional knee braces to the 2 I ordered, and a box of pain pills ! Within 30 minutes of placing the order I was emailing them to cancel the order. They rejected my request even though their website says you can cancel within 12 hours. Fraudsters and scam artists. STAY AWAY !

Like many other reviewers I've been scammed. I ended up receiving 5 knee braces when I only required two, since I've only got two knees. Initially I thought I was being double charged for two knee braces, but then realised that wellnee had simply upped my order from 2 to 5 without permission. Contacting them is totally frustrating and gets nowhere. My conclusion: AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

All of the reviews of Wellnee are correct! They are a total scam! Thought I ordered I brace, but my payment ( hidden until it went through) was for six. Contacted them immediately, but of course it was too late. And it was in US funds as well. Emailed them several times and they said they were sorry and would refund me the full amount. Wrong! Somehow they charged me twice and refunded me once, so guess what? Steer clear of this company! And don’t purchase the brace from anyone else, they don’t work!!! I will keep emailing them until they hear Me!!!
