Another useless product from China. Do not buy this. Doesn't offer support. Website bombards you with other useless products. Got 2 in error, tried cancelling order within 2 mins by time I got response the scoundrels had already sent it. In order to return I would have to pay for tracked postage to USA. Absolutely direct product and customer services.

I tried to buy one brace at £16.99 but they charged me £73.98
This is a scam site and I have reported them to my card company and Harv. Don’t fall for their claims, absolutely fraudulent behaviour

On 15th June 2025 I ordered a knee-brace for £23.94. The website provided no opportunity to see and authorise the final order. I then discovered the website had changed my order to include six additional knee-braces at a further £58.99 for a total of £82.93. I immediately emailed them to correct this error but was told (by a bot) the order was correct and I would have to wait until the complete order arrived when I could go through their refund procedure. Which on their website is completely opaque. This is the worst kind of hard-sell hustle. I will never go near them again.

Sadly, I was recommended this company by my sister, so didn't check them out first. They are total scammers. Their payment page is very dodgy, purposefully misleading, and I ended up with items in my basket with no idea how they got there. I went from thinking I was buying £18 worth of stuff, to being conned out of £63. I immediately cancelled my order, they sent it out anyway, and unless you pay the return postage to the USA, there is nothing you can do about it.

I ordered 1 knee brace on April 29. The order confirmation was for 7 knee braces and I was charged for them. I submitted a cancellation request immediately, within ONE HOUR. I was informed that they had already shipped and I must wait until they arrived and return them. I received the shipping confirmation and tracking number 5 DAYS later on May 4. I have emailed them and submitted cancellation and refund requests numerous times. As of June 17, 7 WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER FOR ONE BRACE, none of them have arrived. They refuse repeatedly to refund, even though I didn't order 7, was charged for 7, and have received none. They are offering to reship them and I could then return them at my own expense. Obviously, I have declined the reshipment as I never wanted 7, did not order them, and no longer need or want the 1 that I ordered. Truly a scam.

Terrible company....scammed me by not adjusting order as requested.
Different charges on numerous invoices provided, bait and switch tactics.
I have contested with credit card company.
Very cheap products terribly overpriced...stay far far away.

Like other reviews on this site I placed a small order which was increased and added to without my permission. Failed to implement my immediate cancellation request. This site is a scam and should be avoided at all costs...you have been warned!

Deceptive ordering system- they add items not requested & charge for them.
I tried to amend within minutes of conf. Showing error. No replies from emails to customer service requesting amendment cost of post return to US costly -conclude it’s just an illusion to create trust. I believe this business has no integrity and hides behind a web site designed to exploit Don’t trust them.

I ordered what was supposed to be the brace for $25 as advertised on Facebook. It invoiced me for $92 by adding things I did not order. Tried to cancel within minutes, but told it was already packed and shipped. Would not allow cancelation. I emailed them, and tried to call them. They send nice emails back, but send me elsewhere. Still waiting on the shipment, and will attempt to return the item as soon as received. Recommend NOBODY use this company. It's definitely a scam. Its awful they treat people this way, and are still allowed to do business.

The website is pretty but be VERY CAREFUL.

Wellnee figured out how to submit an order thru PayPal without displaying an invoice and without going thru the PayPal “Submit Payment” protocol. As you TRY to exit they offer additional deals which are pre selected — this is important because they have turned on a switch that allows them to add items to your order without you selecting them.

After trying to find my way out of this mess I exited the web page thinking it was a scam and, because I had not gone thru the PayPal protocol. I figured I was safe — WRONG!!!! Very shortly I got the invoice with additional items I did NOT try to order - actually, it turns out it was 3 submissions to PayPal.

The website says to submit a request to cancel before the item ships - I did so within 12 minutes of receiving the email invoice. I got a confirmation that I had submitted a request. The next day, today I got an email saying that the item had shipped and the order could not be canceled.

Proceed at your own risk!

This is a scam company and a scam product. When you order an upsell page pops up several times and when you say you don’t want the extras it automatically charges you the extras anyway. The knee sleeve itself is useless. Far too small. Doesn’t offer any support. Don’t buy!!!!

Subsequent emails arrive touting 'special offers' but as soon as you open them it seems to generate further unwanted purchases. I am sure the unwanted goods will probably turn up but at a hefty price. They advertise heavily on You Tube and I cannot understand why You Tube have not rumbled them. I use the same text like the guy wrote above: I had the same experience! It is a criminal company! Never order something from their website!

I didn't realise I could have the identical item from Ebay at less than half the cost and a much shorter delivery time.

Do not buy. Brace is so small it does not fit knee. Strap pops off when you bend your knee if you get it on. Refund is only if package is unopened

Appalling clickbait manipulation where they deliberately upsell the number, impossible to buy one. I quit the browser then found I had been charged for 5! And had a monthly subscription setup for 5 more every month! Product was crap! Too small for the knee, completely useless. Started a claim the day the order was placed and only got a 50% refund or you pay postage back to the US, despite it being posted from only 20miles away! SCAMMERS BEWARE

Only just received my knee brace,It says super quick delivery my took 9 days from order.
I tried it straight on and went for a short walk,the brace kept slipping from my knee,but if you tighten it then it cuts into your leg.i however found little or no difference in the pain I have.i will try it for the next week or so and update my review if it improves
