Not Just for Your Business

While I joined WOO for the purpose of growing my business, I do still have a W2 job and I've been amazed at how much WOO works for the W2 job as well. The purpose and importance of systems translate for both your personal business and a W2 job. So, does the one-on-one meetings with team members (or direct reports). WOO has also increased my confidence level, not just for my business, my W2 job, but also for town positions that I hold.

WOO is an investment, but the returns are great!

Everyone in the WOO program is very knowledgeable! I loved that their were templates (in addition to the videos and instructions) that allowed me to move faster because I didn’t have to start from scratch. I went from no team members to 2 and it has changed the game for my business.

The team at Well-Oiled Operations, led by Stacy Tuschl, is top-notch. I found so much value in the 6 months I worked with them. Alot of it I knew, but somehow being a part of the program, motivated me. And I also got so many great new ideas! I only wish I'd had a program like this 15 years ago!!

I wish I had this program 15 years ago! WOO is amazing and there's so much gold (the templates, community of fellow business owners/managers, and 1:1 coaching just to name a few). I'm grateful for Stacy, her team and the coaches. The coaches I worked with 1 to 1 were Trisha, Christine and Sara. They helped me look at my business with a refined lens that uncovered inefficiencies and roadblocks in my business.

This program is exactly what you need to get your company running efficiently and effectively. Stacy and her team will teach you how to get all of your processes in order so your company will run itself. So many "done for you" opportunities to use! Do not pass this up! You deserve to invest in yourself!

Trisha has been my coach for over a year, first in WOO, and then PowerHouse. She is great at offering suggestions on things I wouldn't have thought about - advice on everything from having hard conversations with employees to strategies for sales. She kept me on track by helping me set goals and stay accountable to meeting those. She was also flexible when I needed to adjust those goals according to circumstances that happened such as an employee quitting or poor cash flow.

I am about a month into my program at well oiled. I think the information is extremely helpful for the phase of my business. I appreciate the templates that I can use and adapt to my business to help establish better systems and efficiency with my business. My coach Trisha has been awesome, very helpful and has been a great coach.

Excellent choice for any small business owner who wants to build value and profit into their business as well as make life easier for themselves. It’s practical. Lots of support. No waffle. They tell you what to do step by step.

A business and it's owner can only scale if it is setting up systems and processes. Stacy has a way of making you question each segment of your business and life to ask yourself how can I make this into a repeatable system. Each system built creates a space to breathe and reduce stress by knowing what is coming next. I have found this extremely valuable!

I'm not surprised Well Oiled Operations is getting such high reviews. Stacy is the real deal and she is providing what she said she would! I have been in this program for less than 2 months and the ideas, templates, videos, coaching and processes she has provided so far has been so helpful!

We started WOO because although we had been in business for 20 years we had hit a point where we could no longer grow to the next level of business. WOO and their team have taught us so much. WOO has a similar culture to our Company which has been so important in helping us to take our business to the next level. In the past, we have looked for business consultants and they always have a big business mindset. That didn’t fit with our Company.
