WOO allowed my top employees to understand and have a full picture of the full business, not just their position. Because of that, we were able to become more efficient by implementing a lot of the systems that Stacy introduced. I had a wonderful expedience with the Well Oiled Operations program. I own multiple brick and mortar businesses with a team of 50+.
