Quick and easy

I received a very quick response from Wellsons when I had a query, and as I needed my tapware ASAP Wellsons organised for it to be express posted. Product was received quickly and was of excellent quality.

Purchased bathroom taps, sink, shower and bath. Products were perfect for what we wanted and at a great price.

Beware: Possible Scam — Disappointing Experience

I recently purchased a faucet from this company. The product description mentioned the absence of mixer (really small lines), without emphasizing this was a major issue. After receiving the item, I requested a refund. They agreed—but only offered 80 % of the purchase price, with return shipping costs fully on me. Reluctantly, I accepted.

I returned the faucet—but it seems to have been lost in their warehouse, and now they refuse to issue any refund. No reimbursement, no response—just silence. In my view, this is a classic Chinese scam operation with poor customer service and unreliable refund procedures.

I have sent an email, spoken to receptionist and asked for nearly a month to send out documents for me to return a wall mounted towel heater ..NOTHING

Easy, no fuss transaction. I ordered a model that was no longer available & they provided me with the new updated model at no extra charge. Great communication and delivered on time. I would recommend.

Great promotion, easy to use coupon and easy ordering process. Delivery was a bit slow and I wasn't advised of the delay. Once I emailed them to follow up, they sent an email to say it had shipped that day. So not sure if that was coincidental but I did eventually receive it in perfect condition. Grateful for the awesome price I got!
