Great service
Great service, communication was excellent, staff understood the products and importantly double checked everything before the order went through to production, which was great as I had made an error when i finally pushed the button. Aside from this, the pricing was excellent, and the process and online experience also very good. Perhaps the website could provide more filters to help narrow down the selection that suits your needs.

Incomplete service
Its been a month and I still haven’t received my product. At no point was I told the item was on back order or would be delayed when ordering. Apparently the freight company tried to deliver (according to a phone call received from your company) I have a ring door bell and no attempt to deliver to my property was made. I was phoned by your company and then gave a work address for delivery but have now been told you don’t have the product yet? So do you have the product, did they try to deliver, what is going on? I’m in the building trade (project manager) and have never dealt with such a dysfunctional system. Would be great if you replied to emails and at least let your clients know what is going on or followed up with a with a phone call
